Oh my goodness, such depressing news.

We must hold like, a $1,000,000 funeral for him once we get out of this mess. I can handle the funds, I'm rich. I think.

Make sure to let them group before you nade them. Just don't wait too long.

K, the fast zombies are down.
We only have 1 nade and our torch is gone.
zombies are pouring out from the woods to follow us, they're slow though.
( I hadn't realized I can take cover behind the rocks. Apparently they're more giant than I thought.)

People in the mansion find the following (they can provide more details)

(the top part seems to be a bunch of information about how sorry he is, stuff about his family, and you think about how the outbreak happened. However, there is too much blood on it to read. It seems to be addressed to anyone who finds it)

The only way out of this is through the planes, but with the radar and SAMs set up, no one can do so. You’d need the clearance code, and that is at the bottom of the base. And the base is locked and filled to the roof with those things. There’s a second entrance, the tunnel, but after what I’ve heard I’d still pick the infected entrance then that. Either way, someone would need the code to get in the base. I hope someone else finds this and can use it to get in. The code is 4452619773*. You’ll need to enter this at the front of the base. There is an elevator in the back that should take you to the bottom floor, though it was damaged during the fight. The tunnel leads you to the second basement floor. The entrance is suppose to be in some sort of landmark, though I don’t know what it’d be. On the bottom floor, at the far back, is the secured room. You might need a key card for it, I don’t know where that’d be. Inside there should be a file with the clearance code to fly out, as well as some manner of escaping the base. It was meant for exactly this. If some the (blood smear covers the rest of the sentence). We never had time.

Alright guys, here's the deal.
Spam and I made it to the cave safely, although there's a lot of zombies headed up to the cave, we lost them, and the really can't get to where we are now.
The cave narrows a bit as you go in.
It soon becomes a tunnel that's one person wide.
we came to a metal hatch at the end of it (the cave came to an end) we opened it and then went down a ladder.
We are currently at the bottom of the ladder in a new room. (we shut the metal hatch above us.)
We're safe for the moment.

You all are most likely in the secret tunnel that leads to the base, the one that Colonel Love mentioned in his suicide note.

The Love Mansion party also found an appropriate stopping point, so we are safe for the moment/night.

OK guys, a lot happened here.

We made our way into the mansion (Me, Tom, Mediocre, Marshigio and McCloud) and eventually made our way into the greenhouse in the middle of the mansion. Some came in from the ceiling while others sprang out from some pools of water. We fended most of them off, but one latched onto McRambo. I shot it off, but it had all ready torn out his throat. Medi gave McRambo a one bullet salute to the head to end his misery. Marshy also got bitten on the shoulder, but was fine otherwise. We ended up taking out all the zombies and taking McRambo's guns.

R.I.P. McRambo

We kept on through the mansion, running into more zombies and the Love parents (they killed themselves in their bed). Eventually, we reached the Colonel Love, dead at his desk with the note Eor posted. We checked his body and he had two vaccines on him. Then, Tom stabbed Marshy in the back of the head and killed him, saying we shouldn't waste a vaccine on him due to his hurt arm. Medi and I did not approve of this, but there is nothing we can do about it now.

R.I.P. Marshigio

Guys, if you ever think about doing something like killing another infected teammate or something equal of nature, please do not do it before thinking it through with the other people. Something that big shouldn't be the single, irreversible decision of one person.

People should head to the base, if at all possible. Use the code. We'll radio any one if we need more help getting out.

Guys, Marshy is dead. :crying:

But at least we made it through the mansion, and got what we needed.

Everyone should work on getting into the base.

Once somebody is in the base, someone should get the keys to a military vehicle. And look for guns. It's a military base, it ought to have guns. Unless Eor decides that that's too realistic, or something.

Anyhow, once people get a vehicle, we may need rescue. We're stuck here with a number of zombies around, and no car of any sort. We can probably get out of the mansion on our own, but we're not going to be able to walk to the base.

So, yeah. Some sort of pick up would be greatly appreciated.

And we've got zombie vaccines, so leaving us out here would probably be bad for you guys, too.

OK guys, a lot happened here.

We made our way into the mansion (Me, Tom, Mediocre, Marshigio and McCloud), exiting my house through the backdoor and window and running to the window of the Love Mansion. Zombies chased us as we went into the window one at a time, until we finally pulled Virg into the building as he was holding the last of them off. We stuck a sofa out the window and buttressed it with a pool table, as we had entered the game room. We then moved through various rooms finding nothing of interest, including the kitchen and a dining room. We found a hallway with thirty random zombies in it, and stood in classic revolutionary war style horiztonal line and mowed them all down. We then continued and eventually made our way into the greenhouse in the middle of the mansion. It was a huge room with glass ceilings three stories high and trees and bushes galore and two pools of water, one of the right and one on the left, and a stone path between them to the door on the other side. As we were walking forwards in a single file line with Mediocre in the front, a zombie appeared, but instead of just letting McCloud kill it, Medi decided to shotgun it from like 80 yards away and it didnt die. We then continued moving and three more showed up, so we finally got to kill them. Then we stood still for a while, and I finally crept up to a pool of water and shot a shotgun in it. We heard screaching and the zombie in my pool died, while a zombie jumped out of the other pool and latched onto McCloud.

R.I.P. McRambo

We kept on through the mansion, running into more zombies and the Love parents (they killed themselves in their bed)I believe this is incorrect. We found no gun in their bedrooms, and they were dead in their beds. I believe that Colonel Love shot and killed his parents so that they would not become infected.. Eventually, we reached the Colonel Love, dead at his desk with the note Eor posted. We checked his body and he had two vaccines on him. Then, Tom stabbed Marshy in the back of the head and killed him, saying we shouldn't waste a vaccine on him due to his hurt arm. This is absolutely true. He had one bum arm, and after we used our first vaccine on McCloud only to have him die, I did not want to use a vaccine on Marshy.Medi and I did not approve of this, but there is nothing we can do about it now.

R.I.P. Marshigio

The cave that spam_master and Pythag are in is most probably the secret entrance to the lower floor of the military base. They will probably be able to find the door that requires the card key. We have no idea where the card key is, but I would venture to say that it is in the military base. Pythag, spam_master, if you find a locked door and you cannot get through it, you might think about blowing down the door if you have any remaining grenades, but please remember that you will most likely have to fight your way back out of this area. If you can get through the door and turn off the Military radar and the Surface to Air Missiles, then we can all go to the Airstrip. If you cannot get through the door, then some of us will have to go to the Military Base through the main gate, input the code to get in, and fight their/our way through to get the card key, down the probably broken elevator, and to you guys.

Remember that I have key 1 to plane 1, virg has key 3 to plane 3, and plane 2's key is still at the airstrip.

spam_master, congratulations on being right about the cave.

tmw_redcell and KevinM, its good to see that you are alive.

chad, hyper, handorin, great job on finding them.

I think that if anyone goes to tmw_redcells house to get medical supplies, it should either be the Love Mansion group (Mediocre, Tom, Virgilijus) or a group that comes to help us escape the Love Mansion by bringing a vehicle or causing a great distraction. A suitable distraction would probably be to blow up a house. It should be the Albrecht house, the Swauger house, the Gerard house, or the Richardson house. Those houses are far enough away from the Love Mansion as to not harm us, but close enough to distract the majority of the zombies and kill some, and one of those houses burning shold not cause harm to the Smale house (tmw_redcells) that would have medical supplies.

Apparently the Love family didn't own a ****ing car, which doesn't make any **** sense. They don't have a garage, and subsequently, our plan to escape by taking their cars has been ruined. We are safe at the very top of the mansion in Colonel Love's office, and we could possibly make our way back down if it were necessary. We also have roof access, but that is not too useful as a **** load of zombies are probably still on the roof.

I suggest that we allow Pythag and spam_master a bit of time to try to get the SAMs and radar shut down without a key card. If they can, then Chad's group (Chad, Hyperdragon, Handorin, tmw_redcell, KevinM) can cause a distraction and/or save the Love Mansion group (Mediocre, Tom, Virgilijus). If Pythag and spam_master cannot get to the codes, then Chad's group EITHER should split into 3 and 2, with one of the groups taking a car to the Military Base and getting the radar and SAMs shut off, while the other saves us OR should go as all 5 to help us 3 safely leave the mansion, and then we all storm the military base.

That is all for now. We should be safe in this office for a bit longer.

R.I.P. McCloud, we didn't expect anyone to die in that room.

R.I.P. Marshigio, and no hard feelings outside of the game, please bro. Though I understand if there are.

Tom: when some one gets bit, they are going to have a wound, most likely on their arm or leg somewhere. Whoever needs a vaccine at any point is going to be injured and less than 100% for the rest of the game, to varying degrees. Eor said that Marshy could still fire, so he wasn't useless. At worst we could have given him a pistol for his other hand and had him carry some ammo. Regardless, all of us need to make the choice, or at least discuss it before any one takes any action.

We can take the vaccines.

Also, any one who still has a house near the mansion: do you have a car in the garage and if so where are the keys to it? TMW? KevinM?

We are still thinking in different manners here, Virg. I wasn't thinking about the usefulness of Marshigio as much as I was thinking about the survival of everyone else. Yes, Marshigio could have carried a pistol and been a pack mule, but that would also have used a vaccine that could go to treat someone who was simply bitten. Not everyone who becomes infected will be injured in the manner that Marshigio was, and you can't say that they will. They could simply be bitten, which would cause pain but no sustaining heavy injury. They could also ingest a high concentration of zombie blood somewhere in the Military base, or even possibly be exposed to what initially caused the infection.

By take the vaccines, I sure hope you mean you will carry them and not take them.

Yes, does anyone have a car? Also, what does everyone think about the plans that I formulated? =/ Virgy seems to have simply ignored them or to be fully supportive of them.

Tom, regardless of his injury, Marshy could still have helped us get out of the mansion to some degree as he is was not zombified. And just as some one colud have a lesser injury they could also have a greater one.

But that's past. I just want to say that no one should singlehandedly take such a decision and initiative by themselves. Medi killing McRambo was different as Mack was going to die, despite any potential help from a vaccine. Marsh made it past more fighting up until Colonel Love without any detriment to the team. I believe he could have still helped us, even if he wasn't given the vaccine immediately.

I think everyone agrees that Tom was dumb. Well, except Tom, but that's because he's dumb in this particular issue (I am not suggesting Tom is dumb in general).

Tunnel Team, be on the lookout for traps of any sort. Eor mentioned traps in tunnels specifically in his first post, so if you guys haven't found any yet, you can still be sure there will be some.

whew. Glad you reminded me.
No one is coming to join us at the cave right?
because if they are...we could severely use a flashlight.
It's pitch black, and all i have is a torch I made from my shirt and a stick. I don't know how long it will last, and it would be easier to see with a light, but with all the zombies that were following us, I really can't see anyone coming.
Sorry about mcrambo and marshy...
Hopefully we don't take the same route.

I shall do my best.

Again, any one who has a house in town with a car still there, please tell us where it is and where the keys are: there are no cars in the Love Mansion and it would be immensely helpful to have a car to make a quick get away once we get out of the mansion's perimeter.

Hey, I have a car but unfortunately the keys are with me. I know that KevinM has no house or car though. My car could be hotwired if any of you know how.

Here's my suggestion for a course of action. Our journey to the mill was pretty useless, since it was so dark. We didn't want to go into a place where we'd just get eaten alive, and all our ideas for getting light in there either couldn't work and also a zombie came by and burned kevinM's hand with a molotov cocktail.

SO I think we should come back to town and rescue the Love Mansion team. Our group is reasonably armed (we all have guns, kevinm burned one hand but he has a pistol anyway) and I expertly removed the winshield from our car so we can fire at will! Although we do have limited ammo.

We need to raid the hardware store. Flashlights are probably going to be really important and we need to have everything we'll need for the military base infiltration. We don't want to try going back and forth for stuff. The medical supplies in my house are fairly minimal, it's just a basic medkit. But it should serve is well in terms of fixing the kinds of wounds we are getting so our bodies don't crap out on us.

We will probably need to go back to the lumber mill at some point, it's probably there for a reason. The keycard thing may end up being there, or something. But we'll get to that if it turns out we arew having trouble putting the puzzle together, although right now it looks like our work is mostly cut out for us.

Also, I'm pretty sure Wikipedia was at the lumber mill. There were bullet holes in the wall when we got there, as well as some weird hole that I don't think we examined.

Wiki, if you're alive out there, remember that there's a radio in the airstrip and the forest between the mill and the airstrip is relatively safe.

Right now I can't really do anything though, I'll have to wait for Chad to get online.

BAD. IDEA. I have driven two cars, and both times, Jumpers jumped onto my hood and banged on my windshield. If you don't kill them before they reach you, you are toast. From experience, they like to shriek.

Nevertheless, please help us.
I will be active tonight after I eat dinner.

Oh and Mediocre...

By by expertly removed I meant shot through and the zombie landed on it and broke it. But yeah, we'll be on extra lookout for fast zombies then.

So I assume there are no extra sets of keys in any of the houses? Maybe an extra on the cars themselves? Personally, I have an extra key on my car so there may be a possibility of there being a spare lying around somewhere.

Also, TMW: if you guys come, make sure you come from the Eastern road going south: there is a huge pileup just south of the hardware store that you can't get around (we had to leave our Hummer there, though we need to go pick it up if at all possible). I assume the zombies around the mansion are generally on the northern side near the window we broke in from. We'll probably break out on the southern side, just to let you know.

And yeah, the Mill is probably there for a reason.

We'll update whenever we reach further developments. Good luck guys.

I know there are no spare keys for either my house or car.

So you're saying we should go up around Lake Circle?

I'm not even sure we'll be doing anything tonight, I think Chad and Handorin both had some big-sounding IRL things to do today.

Ok, Spam and I have avoided two traps in the tunnel.
But my torch is completely out.
I've already used my shirt, and jacket to light it, twice, so it's almost charcoal.
Now we kinda can't go back because there are zombies + bear in the cave above us, and if we go back we'll probably hit the traps that we got over (a trip wire and spikes in the floor)
I can either continue on by matchlight, no light, or I can light my pants on fire on the stick.
uhh...I'm not completely sure what actions to take here.
