Dust Bunny: Fine... (Exits, speaking a few more words before closing the door)... I really am at my wit's end. If putting you in the shoes of what you've been asking to be doesn't convince you, what will?... (Door shut, he settles himself on a window sill and disintegrates)... [I'm done being the parent. From now on, I'm like that werewolf-- only appearing when she immediately needs something. It's what she wants.]
Sarah: Lalalalalalalalalalalaughter, and now to resume my work!
Ashley storms out of her room and into Baby Ashley's, ordering the werewolf to leave. She sits down next to the changing table and looks at Baby Ashley.
"What's it like being a baby?" she asks her.
"So much fun! I don' have to wowwy about anything, an' I can pway wif my toys an' take naps whenever I want, an' I don' have to get up to go potty!" Baby Ashley says happily.
Ashley sighs. "If it's so nice, then why do I, who's the same person as you, hate it?"
"M-maybe 'cause dey made other people see you an' you didn' wike it," Baby Ashley says. "Go talk to Dust Bunny again! Being young and fwee fowever is da best!"
Ashley sits there for a while, watching her and Alan play with blocks. [If this is what I really want, why do I feel so terrible when I get it?] After about an hour, she walks over to Dust Bunny's windowsill.
"Dust Bunny," she says. "I sowwy."
