The hardware is still fine during a brick, it's the firmware and/or software that doesn't work.

Right, but he said the light wasn't coming on. Would that not be part of the hardware, not the software?

I probably will, but I'll never use Wii64 again. It's the murderer.

I bought a new, special cord today. It can withstand being struck by thunder.

I didn't really win anything. I wouldn't have bought a new Wii if it had actually been broken.

I won a plushie at a lottery booth once though. It felt great, seeing how I bought one lottery ticket for teh lulz unlike gamblers who waste everything they have.

I have yet to do that. I've been legally allowed to buy a lotto ticket just never have :s Might do that with my last remaining 6 bucks.

Well, there's part of the now-fixed problem. You can't expect a program that's only in Alpha mode to run flawlessly.

Same thing happened to me. I was scared I bricked my Wii but the power cord just got ruined. This was before I got HBC though.

Wiis dead? Sell it on Ebay, or burn it with a candle and throw it into your neighboors garden.

Exactly, unless all of the software even the most basic was gone.

Also, wii64 offers very little games (though it does offer almost every popular game) and has a pretty bad frame rate. Just so you know
