I got owned hard by SideEffect's fox (best Houston player) once again. I was 3 stocked 3 times, 2 stocked twice, and one stocked once. How appropriate. Vids soon. This guy just reacts too quick....
I beat his Marth though =D

If only Genesis was in a year, I could probably go. It is normally looked down upon when a guy living on unemployment and his savings account spend so much money on a video game tournament.

Is it the sideeffects that is hosting Genesis or the ICs main player?

Dunno who youv'e been talking to lol. but that reinforces my view Ny is pretty whack community all around.

No, that's sidefx.

SideEffect isn't well known because he doesn't have money to travel. He did beat Wobbles in tournament with fox though. That's really the only known player I know he has beaten.

It is. Without DA and Bum it all turned to shjt. DJ and Alukard are just barely keeping it in relevant. But yeah, I knew we were going to Hax's. Just forget smash here. I'm going to FL July 4th. I'll call you and we can chill some.

I remember ****** this guy's face at Pound 3. Is he any good? Haha, to be fair, I walked away after he won in the last match cuz he was starting to look very angry. I just suddenly remembered the name. Marth player right?

Melee is just about dead in the South. I call people and nobody answers the phone. I organize a smashfest and people wait till the last minute to bail. You guys gotta keep things smooth. Florida is supposed to have a decent scene, or so I thought.

Nah the scene is pretty good down here, melee coincides pretty well with brawl.

@ Tippy - We'll get a small smashfest at ZP, just send me a pm and let me know when you want it, and I'll pm you my number as well.
@ Tipman Jr - Nah I don't think I can make this, no ride. =(

P.S - My mom is way too naggy for any guy to handle. :chainsaw:

Hey, I have a question

I was playin on DL and my friend was Samus. He shot a full charged charge shot and I fisted that mother and completely canceled it out.

Is that supposed to happen? .________.

This is my philosophy in smash in general, singles or doubles, especially being a ganon main. I try to get them off the edge, then keep them off the edge, in addition to going for ©Dorsey combos. Why would you spend your time waiting for opportunities when your character can kill most of the set in the first 3 seconds of a match 0% v. 0%? Lol, create your own opportunities. The most fun I have in smash is starting the match with a fair + uair to off-stage wizard foot spike and stuff similar. Ganon kicks ***.

Gano y Gano is my favorite doubles combo as well, in addition to recently finding out that peach and ganon is my 2nd. Good ****.

This really isnt as bad as everyone makes it seem.With careful playing ganon can win this, only because once fox is off the stage hes not coming back and fox's camping can easily be shut down by perfect wavelands.

Really close matchup, completely dependent on spacing. The only reason I say maybe 55-45 is because its quite easy to get off a sick combo on ganon with marth that=the stock.

Falco: 50-50 or 55-45 in Falco's favor.
I know this matchup wayy too well, so far no falco ive played can beat my ganon(shiz/pc/chops).
At high levels of play it gets really even, ganon puts on pressure like mother****er when falco is cornered and falco's ****ty recovery is almost a free stock.At lower levels its in falco's favor slightly,improper tactics to get around lasers can really get you in a bad spot against falco.

Sheik: 60-40 in sheiks favor.
Let me say this, it's def. winnable. Ganon has a chaingrab on her as well.

Hey i was wondering if anyone could help me with teching falcos Dair. Whenever i get hit by it it seems to push me out even though im SDIing into the ledge can anyone help me ?

If you're SDIing and you're not touching the wall you're just simply not close enough =\
Try recovering closer to the stage, and make sure you have the timing right

hah, i doubt ill have that much money, it cost me a fortune to get to cali and im pretty tight on money seeing as im backpacking europe with my bro right after genesis.

Im down for $5 because im doing a bunch of those vs. ppl i really want to play seriously.

Im already mming mango $20 falco vs ganon.

Tommy,3:30 sounds good, thatl be right before singles starts.
