@HomE

"hes just a very excited dude and very enthusiastic about spiking mofos"

"If a player who LOVES to spike (Like Me, or SBF) gets an award recognizing his abilities they would probably be pretty thrilled about it (like an Actor at the Oscars)."

Oh man ... I liked a lot;)

Thanks to explain important things to Qerk.

That's The Truth.

lol

Whoa ! Z1GMA,

Barrier Spike from Utilt Trix !
FD, this Trick is amazing !
You should put in the Description.
This one, thanks. Maybe I'm just not reading it correctly. Pretty much the stuff past "lol."

Haha, if you started saying comrade instead of "My Friend," we could start a Ganon Revolution. SS Tier all the way!

Yeah, I knew what it was, but I guess I was somewhat confused as it had just been mentioned, and the sentences were disjointed but related, and I fail w/ the internet.

Speaking of the Utilt tricks, I just tried it out on Smashville, with Snake using his C4 to be blasted into the windbox, but he just went right through it. Is there something else that needs to be present? Or does Snake need to be at a certain point or area?

I think @HomE explained all for you Ganonsbug.

Barrier Spike is one of the Utilt Trix that Z1GMA discovered.

Check the Thread - Utilt Trix.

You Should check the Recent History and what happened with the Ganon Boards in these last 4 months 'comrade'.

I was a Smash Noob and I came from nothing in this Smash Boards with One Purpose, Dedicate to Ganondorf and Here I am.
I tried to learn all the things about this Ganon Board.

The U-tilt has to be off the edge of a platform if i remember correctly, and a C4 recovering snake will hit the bottom of the wind hitbox like a brick wall

I haven't played anyone who's competitive with Smash, or plays IC very well, but my guess would be to use reverse Uair to seperate Nana and Popo, grab the ledge, and repeat when the remaining one comes back or if they join up again. Assuming a low approach. With the hammers, I would say just stay on stage because of the disjointed hitbox and that they are likely coming in from a point too high for dair (maybe Uair, but again there's the disjointed hitbox and I'm not sure about the priority). If for some reason they use Belay above you to come in high, then I'm pretty sure the two will land seperately, during which you can charge a smash to kill Nana or something like that to keep them seperated and off stage.

But, as I said, I haven't played any good players, so I'm just guessing.

Ohh Yeah... Sorry.

Any Tips about How To Spike Ice Climbers ?

Well if they are good with IC's is a 100/0 match-up so the spiking isnt a factor

If they are bad, well spiking bad people is easy.... i have no specific advice on how to spike them, sry.

Wait until the second IC snaps to the ledge to land a spike.

I've gotten several amusing IC KO's by stomping them on the edge and having one fly off the top and the other go off the bottom.

It's probably the only thing I enjoy about the match-up.

It works if Snake is within the range of the Utilt.
And he must still have upwards momentum left when he enters the wind.

I added the barrier spike.

@Phantom: Yeah, you can always uair somebody. But that would make a pretty boring guide. XD

:sonic:
Sonic is a tough cookie. Reverse uair does NOT work, up+b goes too high. Go out there with a fair, it will just kill him off the edge. If you can dair him out of up-b... good ****. He can uair out of it, though, which can clash with or beat our dair.
Aerials don't clash, only beat out.

@HomE / Squirrely ,

So...

I'm Talking about now to Spike Good players, not bad players as you told @HomE ... =]

D-air is the best way that Ganon have to Spike or Edge-Guard IC's right ?

Reverse U-air doesn't really work ?

Thx for explain;)

:popo:: When they recover low/mid - Fulljump (backwards) as long as possible and reverse Uair the IC's before they can even regroup.
(I'm talking FAR off the stage.)

(Nana is often smashed away a bit more far away due to her bad DI + higher %)

Try reverse Uair'ing Popo. If he successfully couter attacks you by himself, he'll at least put himself in a little harder spot to recover from.
Go out there and mess with 'em.

Also try WKRO (WizKick Roll Out) -> DJ Nair gimp.

When they recover high - Not much you can do here due to Iceblocks and or Blizzards.
Try a fake out jump to make them Blizzard, and then Uair/Fair just as it's finished.

Sounds Interesting ... Z1GMA

I'll make some practices against IC's.

Nice Tips;)

FD,
You should make conclusions about what Z1GMA said and Edit the description in IC's Topic.

I think Z1GMA explained good things about Spike and Edge-Guard IC's.
