I have to stand up or else I suck monster balls. Anyone do odd things while playing?

lol, i have to put on my glasses and lean in as close to the screen as i can get.

if i can't see exactly what's going on, i just start smashing in random directions. and that usually doesn't have pretty results.

i have to be sitting up and the closer i am to the tv the better. my vision isnt so hot either. sometimes when im doing something in single player or doing a challenge when it gets intense i raise the controler higher and higher with the effort lol.

When playing single player and normal matches I just sit on the couch, but for some reason when I'm on Wi-Fi, I have to stand.

I sit on the floor next to my bed, which is about 2-3 feet from the screen

I make songs about the character I'm playing as... Specifically Kirby and Diddy Kong... But... that's about it... But I guess that in itself is pretty weird.

I once saw a woman on TV playing PS2. She held the controller in the height of her forehead, pushing the buttons with her fingers, instead of her thumbs.

Well to play, first I reach down...oh wait, we're talking about the game...oops...actually it's about the same process really, I reach down and make sure I press all the right buttons :)
You have buttons on yours? You freak of nature!

The place I currently reside at is Coral Springs,
Whenever I get hungry, I just grab a bite to eat while watching the Smash channel (replays).
Ah I'm not the only one who does this, and it's nice to know that those battles online were actual people at some point in time. Though I debate if some of them are staged as some tend to be kill themselves or taunt matches.

I'm at my best when I lie down on my stomach. =s But since you can't really do that too often unless you're playing with friends...sitting down on a chair is fine with me.

Are you talking about Spectator? I was talking about saved replays, but that doesn't sound too bad of an idea....*goes grabs a sandwich*

When I really get into the game, I do a handstand and play with my toes, much easier to do tilts.

I sit cross-legged when I'm playing. You can tell I'm really concentrating in a match if I'm constantly wriggling my toes. Hah hah hah... Weird, I know. (Only one person's figured it out so far.)

I hunch over while sitting and stop blinking.

That's how I play my best, although because of this I've blown a few veins on my left eye (which might explain why it's the weak eye) and after so much time I can't play my best which sucks.

By the way I do this for all fast pace games and these "blown veins" happen for other games not smash.

I have to sit to the right of the TV on the couch. Being too close or too far can really mess me up. Also, I hunch forward.

... I really got nothin' strange about me.

Also, in before someone feels they have to try and be witty by saying Melee > Brawl while staying true to the thread.

I tend to hunch forward as well, lowered rate of blinking, so my eyes dry out quick... all that good stuff,

If i know its going to be a good match i wipe my palms (dont know if thats weird or not but i dont want sweaty hands, friends have also started to do this)

One thing is odd when i play though, I tend to try harder if im closer to my characters portrait, like if I'm Player 1, sitting on the leftmost side of everyone else playing.

I just kind of bounce around a little bit whenever I'm playing. Once, I got so excited while playing Melee against my cousin, I started tensing all the muscles in my body, just going crazy on the buttons. I somehow managed to pull my hamstring because of it! I missed two weeks of basketball! I told my coach I hurt it running because there's no way he'd believe the true story.
