she's a great character after you figure her out

she relatively has no bad matchups (other than falco)

and most "bad" matchups are very much winnable

never drop samus as yours is a beast, but seriously zss is amazingly fun, and if you like being creative (something you MUST do with samus) you're gonna have tons of fun with zss.

Just my two cents, and would be nice seeing another Texas zss besides me and kates

Just pick Olimar. Easy to use, not a lot of effort needed to beat Dedede compared to Fox or Ice Climbers, you can't Zair but you can tether grab a lot lolol.

when i say camp i mean REAL camp. not some "spam tjolt then run". Pika is light and has NO range and cant approach safe.

but really

zss is super fun and i know youd enjoy using her once you figure her out its just like awesome

and after you figure that out you learn to be creative (not spam dsmash and >b) and she's meant for comboing and 'mindgames'

yeah you cant really shield grab or fmash and yeah she doesnt really have any ground kill moves

but once you get past that it gets really fun

youre better at smash than I am so i think youd get good with her pretty quickly

(although it DOES take a while to learn her, she's one of the weirdest characters in the game to play, but thats what makes it so fun)

so yes good sir please try out zss again.

It's reallly hard to get good with her, but since there are so few players of her, no one knows the matchups. also, she goes even with Marth (Wotts beat RoyR 2-0 in pools one tourney I believe) and she beats D3, which is the only character I ever hear you complian about. She also reportedly has an even-ish matchup with MK, but you got around that another way, so i guess that doesn't matter.

BUt I serioulsy think you would heavily benifit from picking up ZSS. Get Shlike to teach you.

And don't worry about other people playing the character, if you end up better than them I'm sure they would be happy for you.

ZSS has a 35:65 with Falco which I believe is a 4:6 or even 45:55

She goes even with Snake, is a Meta Knight slayer (or goes less than **** against Meta knight lolol), and does well against most Top Tiers.

Her biggest problems is her light weight and the fact that she has to set up all of her kills.

YOOOO Texas Come to Florida Gaming on the 8th of August. Gona be biiiigggg. Want alot of OOS to come.
Brawl and Melee of course the usual ppl gonna be there for both,Dashizwiz,hbox me,afro,seibrik etc etc.
Last 1 had 100 ppl from just Florida with no pre-hype.
Most of Southeast is going(Ga/alabama etc and michigan is thinking about it right now)

Ok i will try ZS. i was just watchin Snakeeee vs atmosk and i see what to do, of course i need to work on it but i see what to EXPECT.


Like i was saying before, tx is in a very special situation. We have NEARLY every character in the game played by a DECENT person. This gives us a HUGE advantage when compared to the other states. So when i pick a 2nd i of course want to win so that means ill pick whoever i want but i also keep in mind that if i pick some on who we dont have EXP against, it helps us ALL. That why i encourage SOME one to MAIN ddd or rob. We need those 2. Heck we could use a kirby.

Well Xyro, I know the RGV is barely emerging in competitive Brawl but we have Pax is picking up DDD as a main (and he's our best, so if you guys think Broly is good then he's definitely legit)

So we'll have a DDD coming around pretty soon, and well as of ROB I know we have no serious ones.


Then my little brother plays Kirby and he's getting up there too, he got 4th and 2nd in RGV tournies this last weekend that we had.

He'll be travelling with us too regularly.


So yeah hopefully those will turn out and help us.


What about the MK ban, don't you think that will put Texas at a disadvantage Xyro?

My Kirby is sexy. And Light plays a decent enough Rob to give us some experience for those who need it. There's not alot to it though, imo at least.

We seriously could use an exceptionally strong D3 main though.

Also Syoudous is picking up DDD now too... he may not be the best player but he's very technical, so bleh who knows it might work out.
