Last time I had my eyes examined, the doctor actually asked me if I spend long periods of time looking at the sun. I didn't realize at the time it was a compliment.

It's just a joke pokemon, imo. That's why I like him so much.

In Ruby/Sapphire, you fight someone in the elite four and they throw out a Xatu, you kill it, then they throw out the same exact Xatu with the same level... you kill it. Serves absolutely no purpose and I found it pretty funny, then when I researched more into the Pokemon I found out all this funny psychic stuff and that the Japanese love it and create those weird vids out of it's growl.

He's awesome, accept it.

Dear Pokemon, Arceus smite me... due to my Pokedex ignorance and cast me unto the escape of the dream world to have my soul consumed by Darkrai, Spirtomb, and Giratina. I am not worthy....

No way thats an accident. Unless they are so out of ideas that they accidentally redesigned an old pokemon.

What's wrong with it? They spun a creative idea (that described something wayyy back) on ONE Pokemon. It's not like they did it for half of an entire generation or anything.

I thought it was pretty cool.

Lazy Illustrators and a pokedex entry forced to deal with that.

Not surprising if you ask me. Most things with that many characters ends up having a few that were just a rehash of something else.
