It's basically Runescape set in 2006 (without all the crappy stuff it has now) with the only thing added being skill capes. No exp modifier, no trade restrictions, no grand exchange + wilderness.

Pre-alpha starts today if you donate $2.

Don't know when the main game will be released, but it's free forever.
