my issue is most likely simple to fix but its just ******** that apple wants to CHARGE me for that help. The dudes in the apple STORES are worthless and the forums are too. So i thought that if i talked to someone on the phone who could maybe link me to a tech or w/e......clearly its not the case unless you pay.
