If you use that code on wifi can your opponent still trip and make it go out of sync? One of my friends tried out the code to play on custom stages on wifi and we accidentally used two different stages so we were majorly out of sync.

UPDATE FOR THE SMASHFEST!

BRING CHAIRS!
This smashfest is still goin down, same time
But The Drink Station was ROBBED this morning. An ex-business partner came and took nearly everything
We can still run the smashfest, but the drink selection is very limited
And there is almost nowhere to sit
However there is plenty of space for setups and chairs
PLEASE MAKE THIS HAPPEN
It will be the ghettoest smashfest in history lol
After this one myself and my friend that are hosting this are going to help renovate/rebuild this place better than ever
And we can then use it for awesome tournaments.

Just lettin ya'll know so you'll have somewhere to sit

I've been pondering over having a massive gaming expo, similar to EVO, this winter. Of course, something this large will take lots of planning and a butt-ton of advertisement.

The games i want to include are:

Brawl(duh)
Melee
SC4
Tekken 5(or tekken 6 if they decide to make it on console...)
Marval
Guilty Gear
3rd Strike

I'm thinking we could have a "kickoff" friday night, and get a few of the less popular games out of the way. Then on saturday we start at 1 with one of the other games.

any suggestions? also, the date im looking at is december 20th, a saturday.

THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR MAKING PEARLAND'S FIRST BIG SMASHFEST A SUCCESS!
I believe somewhere around 20 people showed up in the long run
Please keep in mind that that was the ghetto version of the drink station and there will be more places to sit (lol) more things to do and awesome drinks in the near future.

Stiltz: Definitely lived up to the name. What a beast.
Kown: Good stuff as usual. Good for me to see that the pit CAN be beaten lol.

Yea i had fun the 12 matches i played. I still dont get what happened to the place. So i EX ceo came in early early in the morn and just stole al the chairs/tables/stands and stuff?

yeah, basically he thought it was his and he had right to it, so he came in/broke in early morning and wiped all the furniture, drink mixers, paintings, the TV, the XBOX, everything imaginable even the kitchen sink (literally).

he went to jail, but his family/friends helping him out got away with all the stuff, and took it off in a uhaul
ridiculous

either way, the place will be fully operational again within a week.
good smashfest even though it was ghetto
the more work we do on the place
it'll keep getting better
