Might be a bit late and sorry for double posting but anyone that wants to unlock custom moves my friend does two amiibos 99 stocksstocks with healing items and special flags over night and it gives him around 40
Anyone that doesn't have too big a problem with running some electricity might wanna try

Edit: He also increases the matches speed

Easiest method by far is still Crazy Orders using the Home Run Bat with the effect that give invincibility on first strike. You can easily clear 30 turns in the 10 minutes plus the bonus chests the Hands drop and the bonus chest for the character most KO'd. Trophy Rush is best when a character needs 1-2 moves left.

Well, maximizing efficiency would be to do 8 amiibos at 99 minutes. You'll get a ton of stuff for sure.

Playing the other modes makes you better at multiplayer. This is why my Samus>your Samus. I did the 0 damage challenge for trophy rush with Samus. Now I just don't get hit anymore.
