Since i was apart of the debacle, if you guys want, i dont mind dropping out for the next time we face them.

lol.u still dont get it. the people who should fight the oli guys are the top 5 from the tourney. no majority vote or anything like that because it then becomes a popularity contest. if you want to maek the tournament go faster, remake the brackets and have dates where everyone needs to play their matches by. if they cant for any reason they are disqualified. simple as that.

but the top 4-5 from the tourney may not be our best bet against oli, thats where people's choice comes in, try to balance it

i'd like to participate though if we do redo it, cuz i want practice. also, i think we should keep the games from the members, like stealth vs fino or whatever, that way it will go faster

I suggest this so the clan war becomes more organized and quicker.

1] You must be in the clan first! Its unfair to those who worked hard and put time into their day into making into this clan, while others simply made it cus of popularity and because they have great skill. Us noobs need practice too yanoe!

2] You must know if you will be around that week the clan war is starting. Being gone for a whole week just makes it less intense just waiting for you <_<.

3] If many people make it through the first 2, they can try out for the roster spots. This may be determined by awareness of the opponent's character, matchups.

4] If winning a clan war is sooo important to any of you, well...TOO FRICKEN BAD. Once the roster is made for X clan war, the people who did not participate in X clan war will try and participate in Y clan war, only if he fits the first 2 rules. This is too make sure our WHOLE clan improves, not just a select few.

It is just a clan war. This is for fun. It doesn't really have that much meaning behind it.

but the point is since its a 'clan' war, only people in said clan should be allowed to participate.

however, personally i believe that the people who were included in this tournament were either in the process of joining thus making them almost-members, which still has member in it, or good enough to know that they would get in, it was just a conflict with the mod's schedules to test them, thus we included them to help our clan in this war. furthermore, why not just finish this one out, or as much as we can/want to, then have another one, and you know what? we can always have different rules for the next one. i'm sure the olimar clan had issues working out who they would include in the 5-5 clan war, as we did, and the votes turned to the people who were good enough to represent us well, and were on their way to being full-fledged members.

yeah, it would be nice to get to participate in the clan war, but I know that if someone is better and can more-abley represent our clan then they deserve the spot. that being said, I'd like to do the next one :D

The moment that people come in and start complaing about not being in a certain event or talk trash about other players is the moment that clan events have become too serious.

I'll be honest, I joined this group mostly because I enjoy talking to other Pikachu mains. It is still very hard for me to take online play seriously. Until something is done about the way online play operates, I am going to continue to enjoy ONLY the social aspects of the clan.

I have a suggestion that will hopefully help new members get in contact with mods better. We could have links to the mods profile page right at the beginning of this thread (just make their names the links) so it makes for fast messaging etc.

At this point, it seems like you'd have to search through the thread to find a post they made, or search for their user name elsewhere.

Well after about two nights of delay, I finally joined your room for a few matches. Nice Pikachu you have there. But i guess you got hampered by lag. What did you think of mine?
Sorry if my bro's Olimar kind of jumped in from no where last night. He was eager to fight a clan member from high voltage, especially after having a few matches against Stealth Raptor earlier in the week.

As for the ditto matches, Pikachu vs Pikachu, I managed to win one out of the four matches we had. How was my Pikachu? Any recommendations or tips on how i can improve? Thanks to Stealth Raptor i've been integrating more tail whips both on the ground and air as well as shield grabs. I also love how Stealth raptor uses the F-air to open an opportunity for grabbing right after. I've used that combo and its been working like a charm!


Your Pikachu is swift and i must say overall still better than mine, due to your experience. The matches over at Final Destination seemed particularly tense, were we quick attacked in unison right over and through each other. Really nice, heart stomping, electricity charged (literally) battles we had last night. I hope to fight you again soon Piiman.
