If you ask me, I'd say subtext is there and Yosuke can easily be a romantic partner to main character. I'm just saying there are justifiable reasons why developers break the helm at last second.
Yeah, it is certainly there. It certainly puts some of his behaviors relating to the topic of homosexuality in a new light when you consider everything, that's for sure.

I mean for P5, given how they blocked the in-game screencapture feature and tried to get people to stop streaming it. They do spoil things in their own spin-off games, but those are designed for people who have played the main games.

I don't see anything getting shadow dropped at e3. Don't know why. I feel like Joker and Brave are at the same stage of development. My guess is e3 will announce one character and everyone will be shocked and appalled that we didn't get multiple. Then another mini smash direct will show the last 2.
That's also very possible. This last direct did suggest that Nintendo is wanting to prove itself by not relying too much on Smash to build up the hype, so I could see them downplaying E3. That said, if we're getting a western third-party character, I could see them revealing it at the conference of whatever company the character is from.
Hopefully they'd pull out a big gun in that case, and not something random like Poochy (which I wouldn't mind at all).
