Y'know, Melee had 29 stages, only 4 more than there were playable characters.
41 is a lot you know. That's 6 more ;D Electroplankton is the WTF stage. I think the stage selection is quite good, though I would have had less past stages, and an N64 stage or two, and more original stages.
BTW, I wonder if we can unlock new music for past stages too? Personally, I'm not disappointed by the stage line-up, because the music line up will be absolutely amazing >=D

Anyone have any pictures or videos of Greenhill zone? I'm currious to whether it's a scrolling stage like Mushroomy Kingdom.
Aw man, why in the world would they pick Green Greens over Fountain of Dreams! I hate Green Greens. Oh well, no point fussing about it I guess. Atleast that wretched PokeFloats stage is gone. I'm also happy about the inclusion of Spear Pillar. I was hoping that would be in.

Because Fountain of Dreams is almost an exact carbon copy of Battlefield, so not really different gameplay wise.

I absolutely adore this list of stages :D. And with one more to come, it can only get better ^^. Ok so I miss Pokéfloats, but I think overall it's pretty solid.
Is there anything similar to Floats? I'd feel a bit better if so haha.

The closest thing to the Floats would probably be the Pictochat... But it doesn't look like it so we're rid of the horrible stage! :D

While I think they poorly picked which Melee stages are coming back, I'm glad to see Japes return.

I have a possible idea of what the stage might be.... I was watching SSE and seen a stage that had a different background from any other stage ( reminds me of the purple sky squirtle pick, heck pretty much looks like it) if anyone does want to spoil themselves here is the vid with the POSSIBLE stage:

I really wanted Casino Nights for the Sonic stage but after seeing how awesome Green Hill Zone is for myself (with Knuckles and Tails in the background) im fine with GHZ.
The only slight dissapointment is the lack of a Mario Galaxy stage.

Is anyone considering that the alternate world for Mushroomy Kingdom, the Underwold level , as the 41st level? I mean, I'd love a Gannondorf or Bowser level, but just a thought.

Talking about a stage we've seen...I LOVE the way the new Ice Climber's stage looks! The Balloon Fight fish looks to make matches there more interesting...anyone seen pictures of Flat Zone 2? I'm curious what Game and Watch games will be reped in it...and I still love the Shadow Moses stage XD

there's a dk stage based on the first level in donkey kong. barrel throwing monkey and everything.

Do you mean Donkey Kong the aracde game (as in Jumpman?) or Donkey Kong as in the Jungle-ish games? Cause theres a Donkey Kong Country SSE place, but its more like an "Adventure-Mode" side-scrolling. Not a real stage. Unless of course you've seen a real Non-SSE stage.
