The nair? It's just tapping A in the air with no direction.

Or do you mean the dsmash? Tap down on the C-stick on the ground.

Neither are like Link's Spin Attack, really.

Maybe the 4th part of his dancing blades? Just hit forward and B once three times and then down B once all pretty quickly but not spamming the buttons... maybe about half a second in between each button press.
