So guys I'm just minding my own business and being myself when all of a sudden I find out that this girl likes me! Like really likes me! Like she just said "EmuKiller, you are the love of my life. "

Except instead of EmuKiller she said my actual real life first and last name!!!

She also said "Haha, so when do I get to learn your magical Smash powers?" As in like this is the 2nd time she's asked me to teach her how to play smash?

WHAT THE HECK KIND OF GIRL WANTS TO LEARN HOW TO PLAY SMASH!?!

So what do I do? Like how do I teach a girl how to play smash? Is it even possible? Is it brawl or melee? So many questions!!!

SHE'S NOT EVEN ASIAN OR OVERWEIGHT!!

I'm just worried that I'll take it too seriously and come off as a total jerk. Like I'd be so serious about it. Starting at square one and just dropping information and hoping she gets it. I could come off as a total jerkface!

Start her off on how to play, then show her the advanced stuff.
Encourage, but don't force, her to do some practice alone with herself when you aren't with her.

3) ... Are you really okay with me taking this way too seriously?

Be yourself, if she doesn't like you when you're being yourself, there's no point. Just play with her and give her advice as you go. Also you don't need to teach anyone brawl

Not really advice, but just so you know it could happen a girl just won melee doubles at a national tournament in Australia. There were a few other girls in the tournament too, and no they were not hideous. Some girls like to play games, some don't. Just like some girls like sports, some don't. Just like some guys like ballet, some don't. Some situations arise more than others, but get the idea that girls/guys have to be a certain way out of your head. We're all human.
