Goku the Monkey King for Brawl!

Hey, there's a new Pokemon that's called Goukazaru in Japan. It's a fire monkey. I think it was also based off that legend. I think my local paper ran a twelve part serial children's version of that story a long time ago. It's very well-known.

They look pretty similar to me. I did kind of made the connection that Goku and Infernape must both be based off a similar idea when I first saw Infernape. How lucky that I was right.

I would love to see this character and see a lot of potential in him. But honestly, I think he deserves a spot in the sequel if anything. I'm not saying he shouldn't be in smash, just that he needs to wait. Although I'll be cool if Sakurai puts the monkey king in with his rod and martial arts.
