Alex Jebailey "GoogleMyName" runs all his events with the CEO banner. Normally, he doesn't run Smash at his events, but because CEO 2011 is huge, it'll be there.

The tourney Keith is talking about is CEO: Calm Before the Storm and it's a SSFIV/MvC3/MK9 tourney. Keith and I will be there, and probably HRNick.
