Man Elliot, I really wish we had been able to get some friendlies on a non-laggy TV but I wanted to head to sleep which is what I'm going to do now. At least I placed 1 out of 45 at that Tournament. Yay Wiimote as a prize...

For the record, you and XIF were definitely the best I played there. The guy I beat at Grand Finales wasn't near as good. His Snake was child's play in comparison.

It was GT Gamefest 2009. An annual tournament held at Tech that has tons of different tournaments with over 2000$ worth of prizes. Only 5$ to play/enter. Not to shabby. There was DotA/Halo/Brawl/SF/Starcraft and other games too. Was pretty awesome. You also get 2 free meals (burritos and pizza).

But you not knowing is a good thing. One less DDD to play. I played XIF and BearsAreScary at the tournament too. XIF's Wario is legit for someone who never plays barwl.

hey this boss kills you in 2 hits, and your white mage doesnt have spells to heal more than one person for like 50 hp, have fun!
so you grind
then
Hey this boss has a spell that hits all your party members in one hit!

so you grind
then you go back
and then when your about to win, he uses a new spell and you say **** this game

so for about 2 months your off and on grinding until your beyond overleveled, go back to the **** salamander and **** him, speed through the rest of the game because you get ****ing dragoons and ****, then you get to the final boss, forget to kill the sub bosses and then get mind ****ed by the end of the game, have to restart the whole ****ing scenario **** and then by the time thats over you wonder why the **** you played that game in the first place

yeah, dood, FF3 had some dumb bosses. Salamander and Garuda were about it, though. The rest of that game is mad easy. I made it hard by using a ridiculously bad class combination the 2nd time i went through it.

To Micaelis, 4GOD, and friends who attended GT LAN:

I made an absurdly long post on the Sig Game forum about the terrible admin'ing of the Brawl tournament.

If you agree (or even not) with what I said, I would much appreciate some internet support =)

Other than that, GGs guys, I suck at Brawl johns and laggy TV johns.

No worries man, I completely agreed with you on all aspects. I posted up some support for you and hoping we can get a rematch some time. I'll also see if I can get Jorge (4GOD) to also post up some support.

GG's at GATech party. Little upset that the game robbed me match 2 when I had won, but it's all good, like I said I was surprised that I placed that high to begin with.

Laggy TV's are nonsense.

After GATech tournament, I may play brawl a little bit more and try to enter tournaments for some extra income. Wanna see how that pans out.

I will be dabbling in Brawl as well (mostly online though, since the speeds here make that tolerable), so maybe we'll be playing against each other soon...

XIF you better not ditch Peach in brawl. Kennesaw still stuck with her through and through even though she's god awful!
