As far as usefulness goes, he's no falcon so you cant moonwalk to bair or anything else like that so out of 5, ganons is prolly a 1.5. i use it for mindgames because who expects you to actually do it ;D

i only do it when i'm bored or being caped. Whenever you get caped while starting it, it goes much longer.

so it's for fun pretty useless all around.

It serves no practical use in my opinion, it just looks cool. I only do it while waiting for my opponent to respawn

Yes, but it is too short to be useful. It is noticeable though.
