That's quite true. From what I've heard Novi say though, they are trying to reserve spots for the top players, so the best players in EU should be there. Mango alone could create enough incentive for top EU players to go and test themselves against the US champ.

That said, what you say could very well have an effect on the tournament and it's a legit concern. I just don't think it will impact the tournament enough for the tournament to turn out bad.

Right now, the prices are around $1000 and they have gone down a little bit since I last checked. According to my friend the flight prices are usually the lowest around 4 months before the flight so I expect them to go down still.

Mango is wild and a beast. You have no idea what he's capable of. Getting drunk with him was an awesome experience. lolllll. Held it down with him with 2-3 beers + drinking half a bottle of whisky and a bit of vodka too without needing to go puke. After that day... the hate is gone.
