Lol I think Lade tried to say this too, and it only made me realize that I'm still better off then 99% of you losers. Don't you feel stupid when you realize that someone like me is more sucessful than you are? ESAM/Poltergust etc not included. I can't beat them lol.

Who says I'm joking Masky? Tough love is the best way to make people realize that things need to change.

:phone:
I think the fact that you have nothing better to do than come to Smashboards and troll the closest thing you have to friends says enough about who's successful.

In other news, I'm the 2nd best player in Tampa in MvC3 now lolz.

1st in Brawl
2nd in Melee
2nd in Mvc3
Tied for 1st in swag with Trump

Gonna work on Street fighter soon.

I'd say it's more about the good job(s) and good grades in school I have. Both of which combined, while not much, is more than I can say about most of you all.

I'd say that's better than working at some **** restaurant or grocery store. (No offense to Green Ace/Afro) But then again even those ****ty places are better than not working at all, don't you think? Or maybe you wouldn't know.

Good luck after graduating... assuming you do.

And speaking of friends, don't you have other people to be "drunk" texting rather than me on weekends?

"And truth be told after all that said
*****s still got love for you"

imo "success" just is different from person to person.

whatever will make each individual happiest, and how well they are acheiving said happiness measures their "success"

thats just me tho

Well make sure you explain in detail to potential employers how happy you are playing video games in place of prior work experience and academic achievement.

I have good grades and a good job which will probably get me a job upon graduation. It just seems to me that you're insecure for some random reason and have to put others down to make yourself feel better, especially if they MIGHT be doing better than you lolz. I can't speak for SFL, I don't mingle in that personal shiz so you can flame on with that if you want, I'm just sayin for those of us who are holdin it the **** down (There's at least 3 or 4 of us?).

So where do you work, my friend? What is this good job that will lead to a good job after graduation?

It's a calling center on campus where I call alumni and a variety of other people, usually asking for donations lol. It's flexible and works around my hours, but more importantly it connects me with the college and gives me customer service experience etc. OBV NOT AS GODLIKE AS DC'S 3&1/2 JOBS BUT IT KEEPS MY HUMBLE SELF AFLOAT.

Lol xaltis and lade don't feed the tro....nevermind

DC the most important aspect of a job while you are in college are in this order:
1. flexibility with school schedule
2. Enough to pay for school and other bills
3. Related to degree field

Note the order here. Most jobs in your degree field before you have your degree? Complete booty. Either unpaid or low paying internships or things that take so much of your time you can't even attend school while doing it. So if you gonna continue to troll them about stuff it can't be job while in school cause flexibility / pay far outweigh the actual job itself...until you graduate

I've been reading this thread (and topic) and I'm just gonna go ahead and bite on this subject.

I work at Wendy's and make close to $500 every 2 weeks working 35 hrs a week and I'm going back to school in January. I know it's a bad job, but it's all I have at the moment, and it pays. I'm not in school now because I owe the college $1,200 and I can't register for classes until the debt is paid for. Not to mention I don't have, or can't get, financial aid. Therefore, I'm not in school at the moment and making monthly payments to the school because my parents aren't paying for it. I also pay my phone bill, gym, and part of the electric bill! Saving up for a car as well. That's all my money goes to. On days I don't have work, or school, I work on music because I plan on being a Music Producer and I strive to the best I can to reach that position.

I'm not what you would call a "successful" person by any means, and my post could be considered "unnecessary", but I'm just making the point that not being "successful" doesn't automatically make someone a failure in life. I sure as hell have a good head on my shoulders, and I'll be damned if anyone tried to tell me otherwise.
