This feature is to highlight the outstanding writing of our forum members, and to provide a showcase for their talents. Blogs do not have to conform to any particular style or content. Your subject can be humorous, serious, reflective, cynical- anything you want.

To qualify, the blog must be written during the week in which it is to be considered. For example, for a blog to be considered to be posted on January 7th, it must have been written between December 31st and January 6th.

The Blog of the Week will be stickied for one week, and it will be added to this archive, so that forum goers can peruse quality work from the past. The Blog of the Week will be chosen by me. While I will entertain suggestions, final authority to choose rests solely with me. The Blog of the Week will sticked no later than 11:59 PM EST, and it's title will be changed to include the designation "Blog of the Week".

So get writing, and good luck!

There are just too many blogs to go through if this were retroactive, although I considered it just so that I could choose the "Disappointment in M2K" blog.

But I've made my decision anyway. Congratulations to Teran17 for writing the first Blog of the Week!

Or why not have an "honorable mention" section? That way, you can add the Disappointment in M2K blog without interrupting the once-a-week pattern.

And I'm looking forward to what's going to be in this topic, I think some of the blogs can be really, really interesting.

also I have a feeling it gives you something to do and you get to read blogs, which I can't say is all that fun unless you come across a good one, then it's pretty neat.
