s-CRY-ed is a good show, very fun to watch. Bobobobo is one hilarious *** show, the last episode was making me laugh my *** off.

Oh gosh……I was going to talk about that show. Bobo-bo-bo-bobo has to be one of the funniest and craziest anime shows out there. It doesn’t make any sense. I watch it and think I am getting the idea of it, and then something completely weird happens.

Example:
Beauty- Wait! We’re not in a train, we’re in a plane! Bobobo what are you doing out there?!
Bobobo-(outside of plane on hanglider….says something here, I don’t remember. It’s not important)
Don Patch- NO! I’m not going to let him win this time!!! (jumps out of plane with umbrella)
Beauty- NO! That’s just an umbrella!

Cowboy Bebop has awesome style and I love the animation.

Full Metal Alchemist has pretty decent story and can keep you interested, only minus is the cheesy effects in the intro.

I saw the first couple of episode of Naruto on Cartoon Network and it was pretty cool. Of course, my friends who had seen it in Japanese lamented over how horribly bad the dubbing was. However, since I hadn't seen the originals, I really didn't think the dubbing was bad at all. Naruto's voice was a little strange, but I found that the other voices fit just fine. I watched up to the episode where Naruto and the other ninja guy and girl were taken to their second test being given by the guy with the gray Vegeta hair.

in japanese, characters like Naruto, Kakashi, and Konohamaro have voices that make up a great deal of their personality, whicht is metaphoricaly ***** by the voices used in the english version, taking away from the character.

-ninjutsu names

prominent ninjutsus like the Sharingan, are called ******* english things like " copy wheel eye ", where if they just called it sharingan in the eng version as well, they would be considered more like techniques instead of just nouns.

I've loved DBZ when I was a kid (7 years old), everything else I watched was Power Rangers and Tom and Jerry, when I first watched it I was like Holy ****, animated blood, and I was hooked until I lost track of GT because of videogames, but my favorite right now is Naruto, although I haven't seen as much as my friend.

Depends on who you ask. If you ask anyone who's seen it in Japanese, you'll get a response like I just got from Chump. If you ask me, I'd definitely recommend it, because the dubbing really isn't that bad.

The people who think that the dubbing is really bad are morons. OF COURSE THE ENGLISH VERSION WON’T BE THE EXACT SAME!!!! I think that the American version was very well done. It’s not the same, but it’s really good. I think some peoples expectations are just a bit high.

Naruto does lose a lots of its intensity in the dubbing, though. The screaming during the fights, or when people just get surprised or angry in regular conversations, is much less extreme, and therefore less cool.

C'mon, Dragonball Z has a lot of good moments. The Cyborg/Cell Sagas were good. Nice twists, some surprising stuff happening there. You watch all of DBZ up to that point and go "wtf?" when certains things are revealed.

Also, aren't a lot of anime similar to that? Hero/heroine's getting their *** kicked by some big villain for several episodes, lots of dialogue, hope is lost, hope is found again; then they get that power boost and save the day... Until the next, stronger villain appears. DBZ just exaggerates it more than normal. It's just that good.

No, dont be stupid. America took Naruto and rated it MW for Miguzi Worthy. Wow, they edited out Naruto kissing Sasuke because its homosexual and kids in America can't be exposed to such nonsense. Wtf is cartoon network going to try to pull when gaara coems and squeezes the blood out of people? and wtf is cartoon network going to do when Sasuke blasts a hole in NAruto with Chidori, or whatever the **** gay *** english name their going to give it.

English Naruto sucks.

As for the dubbing, I think it's pretty decent, and the show is NOT on Miguzi, it's on Toonami in which the shows are less edited but not like Adult Swim which have no edits.

BTW... when the hell did Sasuke put a hole in Naruto's stomach with his Chidori?! I never once seen that.

If you're a nerd, you're gonna hate english version of Naruto. There's no debating. There's no hope of trying to get a valid reason. You were gonna hate this the second you heard about it. You will nit-pick about every single edit or change, and we'll appreciate* your devotion to the show.


For everyone else: Do you really give a **** how naruto is pronounced? If you're answer is no, then you'll probably enjoy this.

OK, I'll admit that Adult Swim has SOME edits here and there, but who the hell cares, it's not like they completely chopped the anime or ruined the dialog of the story in which the animes are staying true to their every story and words. The edits are so minor in Adult Swim that you'll barely even notice the difference from the unedited japanese episodes. If you want to be a fanboy and ***** about every little thing they do and don't do to the show, then fine, go ahead. But honestly, it's pretty annoying watching you guys cry a river over a show. Why can't you just admit they did a decent job with the dubbing, they didn't do a bad job at all.

first off, enlish naruto is on cartoon network, not adult swim. if adult swim took a hold on english naruto, they would show crap like homosexuality and bloody attacks, but no, cartoon network takes naruto and puts in on the same level as crap *** teen titans.

and it wasnt his stomach, it was more like over his heart, and it was like, episode 134 or something. after sasuke did it, kyubi was unleashed and naruto came back to life and kicked the mother effing shiznittty out of sasuke.
