Hello the mayor here! Some things to say, I know all of corcius powers, they may be third party but I doubt it. None of her skills are deadly and I did get an item that’s not deadly. Side note: to the two other people who pm’ed me I’m sorry I didn’t respond I fell asleep. Anyway I was told of the golden and pokechu situation. They may be good lynch targets as if one of them isn’t mafia then the other may be. As for Apollo I’ve had no role claim or anything to go off of for them but that doesn’t me they are mafia. And damn I can’t believe the cop is dead day 2. I never told anyone praline s role. Although I must admit I did tell one person they were trustworthy and that’s corcius. Something to consider.

I initially planned on using the alignment check one, then realized I had no idea what to do with the dangerous one since it was so easy to potentially flub and that the alignment check might be more useful later.

I can confirm Z25 said Praline was trustworthy, as I almost contacted Praline on my own due to Praline announcing in public that they were going to contact Z25 (come to think of it there's a slim chance the mafia guessed their identity from that, I had a strong guess they were townie from it and the cop and doc were told to come forward) but then asked who Z25 thought I could trust instead. I was completely in the dark outside of that, though, and just figured they'd bent over backwards to try to prove themselves the way I had.

Also glad that town finally realised Shiny is telling the truth. I was told by someone who spoke with shiny last night what his 2 abilities were. Though I did not know the name of the vote stopper and was told he is a roleblocker, not jailer.

@ShinyLegendary which are you? Last game you had trouble understanding you were a backup nurse, so please make you know for sure what you are. If someone dies because you didn't jail and only roleblock, that can colour you as mafia.

Then again you were a mafia last game and claimed 3rd party yourself. So Coricus being Mafia is definitely a possibility. Not sure if their role is a typical mafia one.. I can see it working to spread confusion. For now I'll assume coricus is 3rd party, but if we can't find mafia's or any evidence appears, I will find them very suspicious.

And you know what? I thought praline was exaggerating when they said they were worried about dying in my pm convo with them. I just thought they were another rando like me.

No, I. . .don't have the best grasp on how to word abilities. This is my ability along the lines of how a cop can check alignments or a jailer can jail.

The brainwashing is essentially my limit break and can only be used once. And it's not really full brainwashing, from what I read I can't tell a person WHAT to do, just WHO to do it to. So it'd take guesswork on what their actions were planned to be to use it in the first place.

Sounds fishy, and so far only 1 item is proved to be given out. I'm giving you a chance to prove the others. One of which you say is dangerous...and yet Z25 says it actually isn't.....
Having evil 3rd parties around is generally a bad idea, but mafia is a bigger concern this early in the game. And you could be mafia for all I know, unlikely, but possible.

Either:

A. Z25 is a Mafia Doublevoter (those exist, people; this is why you all shouldn't be so eager to jerk off the Mayor first thing)
B. You are Mafia. (We know literally nothing about you, so it's possible.)
C. I am Mafia. (Impossible. Praline wouldn't have been my target. Make of that what you will.)
D. Coricus is Mafia.
E. One of us played telephone and word got out she was the Cop (which can't be me since I literally spoke to no one about her role since I was suspicious she could have been Jeanne Alter instead.)

I would say BC and E, but then someone said reasons as to why it isn't E and I agree.

A is a interesting suggestion. I'll put Z25 as a low priority suspicion for now, just like Coricus.
Actually, them two being mafia explains why Coricus gave the item to Z25. If Coricus is lying about his items and only gives them to mafia members, that is a grand masterplan I must congratulate. I feel like its unlikely Coricus/Z25 is mafia tho, so it makes this theory kinda stoopid. Unless plan is working making me think they are not mafia. Okay thats enough of me being paranoid, hopefully for the rest of the game.

Point D isn't impossible (but I don't think Coricus is suspicious), Point E doesn't seem likely since I don't think any four of us are the type to rattle off about the cop, so that leaves B and C. im hurt :^(

To be honest I still doubt we'd have both a tracker and watcher in one game so IDK if you really wanna call me out then B and C seem just as likely as each other. (plus it is odd how praline, the cop, wouldn't be your target. and if you wanna say that you can't be mafia bc praline wouldn't have been your target I could say the exact same thing too but idk)

Similar role claims seemed to have one as the town and the other as mafia in game 2, but in 3 they were both town, aside from the traitor who was telling the truth, at first. But my roles were wierd and balance was way off.

It's not an ability. Medusa is your character, rider is your class. Bloodfort Andromeda (Love this name!) is your ability.
My question was whether you are a jailer or a roleblocker. I was told roleblocker, but you say jailer as your other ability. Jailer roleblocks people plus protects them, roleblocker only roleblocks. Its a very important difference and don't want anyone dying because of a misunderstanding.

Unless you reply to deny that you are jailer and actually roleblocker after you check things yourself or ask Shish/Swamp, I'll assume you are jailer.

The combination of the two is what's ultimately the most useful for the town, but if you could only get one of the two, I'd say Watcher is better if you know someone you can trust while Tracker is better when you're suspicious of someone.

To be fair, you could have decided to not kill them in order to build trust with them. That's exactly what praline was scared of when she told me her role, that I would be mafia and not kill her only to get her on my side.

But I will say that it is odd how the reviver/doctor decided to go to you. Not you specifically, but none of us other than Z25 (and even then he's a maybe) were confirmed townie. It's not suspicious, just a bit dangerous.

I also need some explanation from you, Goldie. Because since that PM we had, there's been some things I've been wondering about;

In our PM, you claimed mayor wasn't such a useful role, even though we all know it's key to helping us figure out who is what with good planning. Then, in this thread, you also claimed Mafia doublevoter is a thing, as if trying to make us suspicious of our mayor. I mean, why would there be a double voter for Mafia, but not for town? If we have both and Z is the mafia one, wouldn't the real mayor show up too?

Also, in the PM again, I first decided to give you the benefit of the doubt for your ability claim because it seemed like something Astolfo would be crazy enough to do, but I was still skeptical because that kind of role felt like something that would work better on someone capable of concealing their presence, which Astolfo is the complete opposite of.

I'm sorry, Goldie, but you got too much things I'm not so sure of when I think of what you said so far.
