I am of the belief that Rider Medusa is in the game, simply because she seems important and praline and I have/had important characters from what I understand.

My character's alignment on the FGO wiki upon checking does NOT match up with my in-mafia character alignment, and I question whether that might apply to anyone else as a result.

If you mean Roleblocker, then it's highly unlikely she is.
And if she is, she needs to go.

Either I'm a Heel-Face revolving door that hasn't even been notified myself yet, or Shish is deliberately trying to invoke the betrayal motif by getting ME betrayed and/or making it so that if I wasn't a crazy person with no Speech skill who outed themselves on Day 2 I could have been a mole sabatoging the mafia.

Yeah, you might be on to something. Rulebreaker basically bypasses the rules of the Holy Grail War in the Fate universe, so I wouldn't be surprised if it would be used to ignore the rules of this game to bypass role abilities.
