i guess my secondary is fox. i like playing him the most. my sheik is pretty decent, too, although inconsistent. some days my sheik *****, others i just get walked all over.

I don't really have a secondary I use in tournament, but if I did use one character some then it would probably Fox(with Marth right behind him).

I bust out Falcon or Mario in friendlies sometimes, but whenever it's business I'm usually always Falco =)

I also like playing Yoshi, not as much as the other 3, but he's still legit ^^

Jiggs isn't THAT bad for falco.

as long as you can DI the U-throw 100% consistantly and recover like a champ its a pretty even matchup.

with that said imo it is falcos worst matchup, or one of his worst ones.

its just not worth playing, so much easier to use another character, if you don't like light characters then at least go fox

They're all fun to play, and they cover some matchups I still struggle with for falco (namely, puff and marth, though playing IC's against sheik is fun )

fox. he's like a hardcore version of my main, which works much better for doubles, and some crappy floaty matchups that i hate. i'm trying to main both.

Fox, because back then I chose Fox and Falco because I liked Star Fox.

They both eventually turned out to be really good characters and I had no real reason to change them since they were my favorites as well.

I think that if you're good enough with falco, there really isn't any justification for a secondary.

he probably plays fox because he feels uncomfortable with falco. i don't know the guy personally, but that seems the general consensus on falco vs puff. ironically i believe most puffs would rather play fox than falco any day. Most people don't have the patience, and mental fortitude to play the fox vs puff match on a high level for an extended period of time. Fox doesn't have Falco's ability to control space and force the approach, and most Fox players don't have the capacity to run the clock out.

as a falco main i hate playing as fox. i used to second fox. but oh my gosh, i cringe my teeth when i play as fox.. so i never go him anymore... even if it would be better for the certain matchup.. although my fox is not that bad.

hard to believe when the consensus seems to be that falco/puff is even and fox/jiggs is in fox's favor
