Well I have just registered to the forum a few minutes ago, so I will introduce myself.
I have been a falco competitive player since melee, and when i first used falco in brawl I wanted to kill Masahiro Sakurai for doing that to my favorite character. I loved pilaring and shl in melee, and when I discovered the new physics in brawl I instantly knew every advanced technique learned in melee was going to be useless.
So I spend many weeks researching on internet and exploring brawl physic to see if I could continue using falco as main. I was not going to To betray my favorite character just as many smashers did. So, by a weird coincidence I discovered this amazing stuff. I called this Z-shi (Z short hop illusion) because it is simply what the name describes.. and by hearing it, this doesn't seem to be something out of order. But combined with another techniques this can give you an enormous advantage to your game (some philosopher said once that anything you can do that your enemy can't gives you an advantage... yeah that was why simply mastering wavedash you could kik n00bs ***** in melee). But personally, I call this lightning because the name is shorter and the technique is really flashy.
Here is a demostrational video introducing this:

It will take a little hard efford to master. Enjoy it.
