They can't be that old, I don't guess, since they display the entire Smash Wii U roster, but that model is just way too different from the one we saw. And he way the first picture has Mewtwo's face conveniently concealed behind the "Ready To Fight!" banner is another red flag to me. His CSS icon's placement is also doubtful to me. I'd expect it to be with the other Pokémon or after the Mii Fighters. The way it's positioned makes him look like a 3rd Party or something. It's just sort of unprofessional looking. And, as if that weren't enough, the second pic looks really fake. Mewtwo's pose looks really unnatural, and that weird psychic graphic around him looks low-quality, out of place, and poorly positioned.

I know im not getting any more pokemon games, I've played X and Y, got ORAS and now im bored, the same battle styles are the same(im not saying the battle style is bad, just saying... there isn't a background settings option, its boring to see that old blue stage), but when you really complete the whole game, then its kinda pointless to do anything else but battle and trade, I understand why people still like the game, but I just don't know why, you get a pokemon, level it up to 100 get perfect IV's and stats, and nature, then you battle people, you keep battling people and what else? im not hating, im just saying the new pokemon game will be the same as XY and ORAS but with a different story and character.

Somewhat Pokemon related. But I just did a random battle on Battle Spot and basically sweeped a Mega Rayquaza, Zekrom and Latias with a Banded Aggron. Dude I fought must not build his Pokemon. Especially with the Mega Ray holding a Heal Bell/Shell Bell.

This may be a bit off topic, but since we were talking about PM..
When D/P came out Lucario was one of the first new pm that were revealed and he became my favorite very quickly and i always had to have one in my team. When brawl came out, that fact changed and i started to dislike him more and more (i still like him but it is not near there were it was before). Same is happening with greninja right now, even if it's not that extreme like lucario (maby because they don't really seem very pokemon-like anymore in smash for me).
I don't care for pikachu and jigglypuff (BTW i never unterstood the hype the hype around those two, especially pikachu), but after all i have to admit that those two really have to be in smash, as for charizard i am quite indifferent.
Since mewtwo got his mega evolutions in x and y i feel like he has lost some of his shine and it is like the normal M2 isn't enough anymore. Also the fact that nearly EVERYONE had one in their team (of course mega) in the online matches, was quite annoying. I still prefere the normal one (which was normally supposed to be the strongest PM so why the heck does he even have not only 1 but 2 megas?!) Over the megas by far. But as for the PM games thats how my favorite legendary really got ****ed up.(Btw i know that he got his megas to get his popularity up again)

As for Smash 4 i am really over hyped to see him as a character again, just can't wait. I suppose the difference about him and the other PM in smash, is that he is quite human and the fact, that he simply was only created to fight.
Feel free to coment on my opinion, as i can imagine i am quite the only one thinking like that.

Well unlike Smogon we actually have the guts to fight around Greninja(and in Smash you have a lot of leeway to do so unlike in Single Battles in Pokemon). Which for Smogon they decided they were too lazy to build better strategies and banned him to their Uber tier. Because they kept getting Greninja'd.

That's not true at all. Greninja had a single counter in Porygon2, who is not all that useful outside of checking Greninja. You never know what move it is going to use when it is sent out until you're able to scout for most of its moves and try to play around with it, meaning that switching something into it is always a risk. This, combined with its incredible speed, made it really difficult to deal with in OU and a bit restricting in that sense. I'm telling you as one of the biggest Greninja fans there is that Smogon did not simply ban Greninja to Ubers out of laziness.

Well everytime I see a Talonflame I pretty much know the thing is gonna Yolo Brave Bird. And when that HA Tyrantrum gets released(which I entered that Hoenn tourney for) I'm gonna Head Smash that thing.

The problem is that GameFreak designed most of these Pokemon for Doubles because of VGC. Some Pokemon like Mega Kangashkan and Mega Gengar are just poorly designed for standard Singles, so Smogon bans a lot more Pokemon in Singles than in Doubles to balance the metagame. I'm pretty sure that Mega Salamence is the only banned Smogon Doubles Pokemon aside from the typical Ubers like Mewtwo, Xerneas, etc. In fact, you can even use stuff like Genesect and Shaymin-S in Doubles, which the Pokemon Company itself bans for whatever reason.

I've still got a bone to pick with Sakurai,If he doesn't do more veteran DLC, hackers will. Mewtwo's coming, don't worry, they officially confirmed him a bunch of times, Any one who cancels him now is pretty much suicidal. Not to mention its taking ages for smashboards to get that Mewtwo head canon,

I'm happy I'll finally get the chance to play as Mewtwo. I wish I could celebrate Mewtwo's glorious return to the fullest, but there is something about the game that still needs fixing. There's still some very unjustified cuts in the game, particularly Wolf, who is currently being ridiculed in the Lylat Cruise codec, Sakurai should learn from Mewtwo, not to make unjustified cuts like that, since it is unknown to us if Sakurai is planning more DLC after Mewtwo, I created a campaign to help get Wolf playable as DLC. We need to have

vs, battle of the savages, Most savage hearted Pokemon vs Most Savage space animal.
Below is the campaign, currently there are over 500 supporters, most from Smashboards, but some from youtube, and other websites as well.

We are starting a campaign to get Sakurai to make Wolf a DLC character so he can be playable in Super Smash Bros for Wii U and Super Smash Bros for 3DS. Wolf was a Brawl veteran from the Starfox series, he had a unique moveset, and was a well balanced character who had really bad*** taunts. However he did not make the initial cut for Super Smash Bros Wii U/3DS. However DLC is possible, but to our current knowledge, Sakurai is hesitant to do more DLC. You don't hesitate, just act. We are here to act, and to get our veteran playable again.

^In Super Smash Bros Wii U/3DS, Wolf has been reduced to a trophy of himself from Starfox Assault, has three renditions of his theme in the game, Fox has a custom move blatantly named Wolf Flash, Wolf's side special, but perhaps the worst of all is appearing in the Lylat Cruise codecs, He appeared in them back in brawl, and in one of them was hinted at being playable. "Boy those two are always itching to fight huh.",Slippy referencing that Wolf and Falco are unlockable characters. However in this game that same codec is still there, yet Wolf is not playable in the game,but Falco is, and still an unlockable character, to make matters worse, Wolf has been stripped of his highly detailed brawl model, and replaced with a much less detailed model, which to some looks hideous. In a way its like he's being mocked for not being playable. Wolf does not deserve this, he is a villain/antihero and a very iconic Nintendo character, best know for his bad*** one liners like "Can't Let you do that Starfox" Wolf is also reported to appear in the new Starfox game for Wii U, making him a relevant character. Smash games usually span 6 years before a new entry is released. Wolf should not have to be stuck like this for 6 years or more, when he can be added to Super Smash Bros for Wii U and Super Smash Bros for 3DS as DLC. Paying to have Wolf playable, is better than having no Wolf playable.

^This is what Wolf looked like back in Brawl, you can see how much more detailed he is than the Wolf currently in Super Smash Bros Wii U/3DS. We must restore him to his former glory, DLC can do that, but we must convince Sakurai to commit to Wolf DLC, if he secretly isn't doing it already. We only require your support, simply tell us you support our cause, and your name will be added to the supporters list. Also convince others to request Wolf for DLC. There is strength in numbers.Any additional support, ranging from making videos, pictures, and other forms of entertainment that are geared towards achieving more support to have Wolf be playable in Super Smash Bros Wii U and Super Smash Bros for 3DS as DLC is greatly appreciated. We must start this campaign now, its purpose, To persuade Sakurai to make Wolf DLC, or if Sakurai already is making Wolf DLC, this is to show our support and appreciation for doing so.

8 villains for an 8 player smash, who's the baddest of them all? Well we need all of them playable to find out. Also, Mewtwo should get a spin off game, where he's a bounty hunter, and gets a cool new armor suit.

Hmmmm.... How exactly did you start that petition and get everyone together on it. Do you think that anytime could help me make a Lucas petition like that? And we can cross-promote or two petitions and get everyone who signed one to sign the other. Or at least I'd like things to work that way. Maybe Lucas wouldn't get as many supporters.

I really, really hope those Mewtwo images are fake. They look pretty fake, but I'm still hoping beyond hope that they're fake. His face is way too horrible looking.

I have a few problems with this.

1) Location of Mewtwo on select screen
- Not too odd considering the clones, but Mewtwo isn't a clone so.... yeah weird. I guess they would be putting all DLC characters on the bottom, still that doesn't make sense to me.

2) The (NAir???) in the second picture.
-This just looks really weird. Why would the attack be a complete circle? My only explanation is that they have Mewtwo Ness' down B which would make no sense.

The one and only thing that stands out to me is that Mewtwo looks nothing like what the officials have shown us so far. This is just a well done fake.

Besides, Mewtwo would be alongside the other Pokemon in the select screen.

And don't even get me started on how dorp his face looks.

When the full roster was leaked for this game, a lot of people "debunked" it and called it fake. And in the end we were wrong.

So after that I'm in "it could be real but I'm not sure" camp.

In regards to the placing, I find it more suspicious that he's after the third party characters and not after the clones or anybody else.

I don't think that's neutral air. Looks more like a special to me.. A special that nullifies or reflects projectiles. First thing that came to mind was Barrier.

The problem is that GameFreak designed most of these Pokemon for Doubles because of VGC. Some Pokemon like Mega Kangashkan and Mega Gengar are just poorly designed for standard Singles, so Smogon bans a lot more Pokemon in Singles than in Doubles to balance the metagame. I'm pretty sure that Mega Salamence is the only banned Smogon Doubles Pokemon aside from the typical Ubers like Mewtwo, Xerneas, etc. In fact, you can even use stuff like Genesect and Shaymin-S in Doubles, which the Pokemon Company itself bans for whatever reason.

Not really. It's more an aspect of how the 'Mon fared in Doubles as opposed to Singles.

Kyurem-B, with it's base stats being second to Arceus, is perfectly usable in Smogon Doubles.

As is Deoxys-A(can't live a hit so prob requires top prediction).

I think he speaks of the official nintendo tournament who bans these Pokes because of the stats, since they think they are overpowered. Not to mention, event Pokes(Mew, Shaymin..ect) who have the same base stats as other legies who are allowed(Raikou, Moltres ect) are still banned because not everyone will have access to them, seeing as events are an one time only thing thus making it unfair.

The biggest problem with ORAS for me is that they didn't make Primal Groundon and Kyroge different forms instead of "new" primal reversions. You give them an item and they become more powerful, it doesn't prevent you from using Mega Evolutions, happens whether you want it or not and it is LITERALY A FORM.
When you give Girantina a Greicious Orb it doesn't do some weird primal thing it just changes.

that location of mewtwo in CSS is possible: it's a DLC character, so probably it will be placed after all characters of the vanilla game (but after Miis, who must be in the last spot of the CSS 'cause they appear only once one of them is created from the player)

the head is horrible, i hope it's fake...

but an interesting thing: the image that shows the CSS with Mewtwo, say us we would have another slot to fill to make the CSS a perfect rectangle, so probably there will be another DLC character after Mewtwo. It would be a beautiful thing from a certain point of view, but from the other one it's a bad thing, because i would more DLCs characters (all cut veterans or almost all...)
If there will be only another DLC character, who will he be? a veteran from brawl? only one when other 5 are cut? or rather a completely new character?
(in before: the last character is the second clone of Marth, so the third version of the same character -_- )

Well, the Reversion process doesn't happen if you choose not to attach the Red/Blue orb.

Anyways, you can't really compare it to a form change like Giratina's. Giratina-O simply shuffles some of it's stats from it's defenses to it's offenses, leaving the BST unchanged. On the other hand, Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre are meant to work as straight upgrades from it's base forms since it increases their stats and improves their abilities; they are not by any means just another form. And I really don't see how that is a big problem.

I think it is kinda obvious that it is photoshopped. I mean he doesnt change his stance in those pics one bit.
