I've seen people do it and i've heard people say F-air can be used to recover. But I don't really see how. Can someone please explain how Zelda's f-air lightning kick helps her to recover?(if it does).

The F-air recovery only works when you're up high and Zelda's up DI is very nice to help with this. It's not always good for her when she's below the stage level since she may get stuck if not aligned properly.

This F-air recovery is also useful in reducing lag after the teleport and landing on the stage. Something I like to call "Teleport-Cancel" basically if someone tries to attack you as you land, you can pretty much almost immediately shield, roll, or dodge away after landing, assuming you landed properly

her kick doesnt help recovery at all, but ive noticed that when your only a short distance away from the stage, her forward B can get her a short distance horizontally, while attacking an enemy a bit farther away. i only use it when im close enough for it to work and dont want to waste so much time on farores wind. it should be implied that this is almost completely useless against an edge guarding opponent, its more meant for times when they are a bit farther away and you dont want to waste so much time on farores wind

Fire recovery is pretty much always a stupid idea. I've given up on it. Most top tier characters can run fast enough to punish you for it, or will hit you with projectiles. If you don't want to waste time with wind, just air dodge. Zelda's got a long directional air dodge distance, so this is often the solution to avoid making her vulnerable for a quick recovery.
