yeah I personally dont like to use up b very much, cause it USUALLY puts you in a pretty bad position unless youre on fountain or yoshis. (they usually ban fountain though :p)

I've been experimenting w/ Fsmashing falcon's SHFFL's
specifically Nairs
anyone have input on this? I'm thinking because his airspeed is so quick, the duration of time that Fsmash stays out, with it's priority vs. his lack of priority on his nair, it could be viable
I mean it -has- been working for me, but it seems unreliable

Well samus's jump comes out frame 2?
Shield drop takes a bunch of frames, cant remember how many though. Moral of the story is it's not a one frame difference iirc

Double jump lol
Like in this example our falcon approaches with empty sh to bait fsmash and djs over samus's smash and ff dairs before samus gets out of lag.

shieldrop has like 14 frames of lag
wavedash consts of jumping (airborne on frame 4)
and wavelanding, 10 frames of lag

so even if you're frame perfect you're looking at 14 frames of doing nothing...it's really put a damper on wavedashing for me

also plup i do not think you can WD downsmash spacies fsmash/dash attacks reliably...but that's kinda hard to ttest on my own

i do think you can nair OoS them reliably though.

also, in marth matchup, i think extender is good, maybe sheik too, blowtoes you play KK some times yea?

going to (continue) experiement(ing) with aerial intertuping...
it's ridiculously easy to do on BF/DL..haven't tried YS
and it's by far the fastest way to traverse platforms...
i really think there is something there
this is going to replace my waveland on mid platforms i'm pretty sure...
my wavelands were getting predictable any way
i should have been perfecting this instead of practicing SHFFM...

also here's an example of what colin does to edgeguard samus lol

Dont use extender on a good sheik lol
At least not kk. He quickly jumps after his moves to avoid cc dsmash and stuff like that.
And if you miss a grab he gets to grab you instead. Not a good idea

i used to hate the fact that marth can stop samus' missiles so easily, but after playing against marth recently, i realized that they can serve as an opening tool. The fact that marth has to slash at it leaves him vulnerable long enough for a dmsash, fsmash, ftilt, or dtilt. if he decides to shield it, immediately grab him. spot dodge --> dsmash ***** when he tries to grab or fmash too
