Are you serious? Did you not see the huge "NOTICE" at the top of SmashBoards for a week straight? Are you also unaware that our country imprisons accused "terrorists" without right to a fair trial? >________>

Due Process is lame. I prefer Batman's approach. Except instead of not killing the bad guys, kill all of them.

ok.. but look where that got batman.
the government got mad at him and sent superman to kill him, although he did start kicking superman's *** until he had a 'lil heart attack, but after that he had to live underground in a cave with a bunch of ex-mutant gang members and couldn't come above ground without being shot.
In the end, everybody hated him except for his little army.

oh no, that was from Batman: the Dark knight returns, by Frank Miller.

Which is probably the best Batman graphic novel out there.
Its about how Batman is old and retired from batmaning, and gotham is one of the most crime ridden cities in the world then batman goes crazy and starts beating the **** out of people and such...

Its very good, everyone should definitely read it at some point.

Batman got sent back to caveman days and continued living by use of the Lazarus pits.

Isn't he effectively immortal anyway since he knows where all of them are?

You are just jealous because we Americans took a huge chunk of land from you silly Swedes after Lincoln signed the Declaration of Independence in 1776. I think it went something like this.

Nah, initially I changed it to a scarlet letter A as a mark of shame for engaging in a Wobbling debate. Also because I was hoping Merkuri would notice and remember that Taylor Swift hasn't read the book. Then I wanted to choose a sufficiently awesome Iron Woobie as my avatar, and I figured Tony Stark was a good choice.
