I think its ridiculous a game can be turned around on a stock, but its more the hard counters in a game that really gets at me.

That's why you have to play consistently in this game. Cos if you make a mistake then the game can turnout.

That's not the only thing that makes melee amazing.
And to be honest you can't punish people ANYWAY WHERE AS NEAR as you can in melee for their mistakes which is why you have to play amazing in melee which is why you don't have the right to say 'That's just how awesome Brawl is' and loads of other reasons.

We aren't just busy with that.
We are busy with are combos, speed, skill and more tactics then brawl can handle AND plus as you said the amazing tech skill, but you play brawl where everything is assisted with you, auto Up B lool taking away jump with pressing up on the control stick loooool.

Have fun playing brawl though, i've seen some really interesting matches of brawl on youtube but haven't seen any new ones lately, can you send me some amazing and interesting matches of brawl please???

Btw melee players do listen, it's just brawl players are too blind to see.

That's a pretty bold statement to make, I play both and prefer brawl, does that make me the sole 0.01%, am I the only person who plays both and prefers Brawl? No

There is no definitive proof one game is better than the other, It's all based on opinion, personal preference and all that malark.

You also say about interesting videos, but Melee has bee around for several years, Brawl is only just one, you have to give things chance, I'm pretty sure Melee wasn't the game it is nowadays straight off the bat.

And if this gives me any basis to make this comment i played melee for about 6 years and i prefer brawl myself.
Infact ive just bought smash 64 on virtual console and have started playing that too (ive played it a lot before but never owned it). It's nice to look at the roots and appreciate what we have now.

Yay another Melee vs Brawl debate.

Both games have different aspects that make them enjoyable to play, but there are so many Melee techniques that are missed out that makes Brawl feel a little empty at times. I really can't decide either way, all I know is that Melee definately takes more skill to master.

Most ppl who play both Brawl and Melee prefer Melee i found out, which is like 80% of people lol, but i think there are more Brawl players than Melee players, cuz Half of the Melee players that Prefer Melee play Brawl as well, where'as like 3/4 of Brawl players only play Brawl, therefore Making more players playing Brawl than Melee, but as Prof said ppl who play both at a high level tend to choose Melee over Brawl.

It was pretty obvious my 99.9% was an overexaggeration of the point I was making but I see you are a person who takes everything literal so I will try to be straight and blunt since this will assist you in understanding.
As trio said 'Prof said ppl who play both at a high level tend to choose Melee over Brawl' this is tooo true, no offense but **** people at smash (like yourself) tend to lead towards brawl cos everything is there for them.
But my point is still that the majortiy of people like melee cos they know it's a better game.

Of course there is no proof, someone could say snakes and ladders is better then melee or better then brawl (even though it is by 183.45 times more) and it is down to personal preference.
But someone could argue what makes a game interesting and see which game has more of it and melee has what makes a game interesting more then brawl does loool.

Brawlers are ALWAYS ashamed when it comes to this question lol.
They NEVER send a video cos they know one doesn't exist lol.

Brawl has been out for a year but the community is sooo strong and prepared to figure out new things (which it was not in the first year of melee) that your game is DONE lol. FULLY figured out with only a few charcter specific things coming out lol.

I honestly don't see why a lot of the community seems to respect you so much, nearly all of your posts are arrogant or written with the intention of offending somebody else.

You do like brawl cos you were **** at melee and never got deep into it, once you realize melees potential you automatically like it, nothing to do with me being closed minded, you're just blind cos you never got into melee at a GOOD level.

Yes there is a point of sending a video, I have seen some lulz combos in brawl but that only occasionaly so I can accept when a brawl video is interesting but I wanna see if I can find a brawl match interesting.

Every smasher who plays both Brawl and Melee to a high standard prefers Melee, I think that speaks for itself. I play both games, and I enjoy both games, but Melee just has so much more to it (as of now anyway).

Anyway I just wanted to say thanks to Thomash for having me round the other day, had some good games.

Actually I have been cocky since day one, back in the day when I used to play peach I said I was the best peach and went around insulting people, obviouisly there was no brawl to insult back then but nice try on your estimate and then it already being proving wrong at every word which was added to your statement until the full wrong statement was complete.
