Ubisoft sure does love their affable villains.
Not that I'm complaining, Vaas is probably one of my favorite villains ever, and hopefully the FC4 antagonist is just as good.

Keep in mind that most of these presentations tend to be scripted, so of course they're going to be chock full of buzz-words and things to appeal to the investors.
