Just look. We see the Skyward Sword Bokoblins in Link, Zelda, and Impa's levels, but we see. Twilight Princess Bokoblins in Midna's.

Makes me wonder if we will have any Toon Zelda characters. It would be friggin' awesome to see a more realistic Hero Of The a Winds.

Nintendo must be stalling for something. We just saw gameplay from S.T.E.A.M. early today around 1:00 p.m. ish.

They said they'd be on different levels, which is impressive, because it means that this time will be different than the last.

I don't know if you're a Zelda fan, but for me, this is easy.

Indeed you are right. Anouma has said this is not part of the main timeline but acutally brings all the character together.

What's the point of having a realistic version of Wind Waker Link? That seems very counter-intuitive. If there's a realistic Toon character on the roster, it's gonna be Vaati.

And I don't see why they would have more than one Link (if's there's truly nine characters)

See I'm conflicted because Tetra and Toon Link would be awesome to play, but taking away their lush cartoon style would be taking away part of what made their characters stand out and IMO make them my favorite incarnations of Link and Zelda.

If it directly involves Skyward Sword, why is Midna in the game? She doesn't get transformed into her imp form until Twilight Princess, which takes place hundreds of years after Skyward Sword.

She's part of the story, though. If you watched her mission in the Treehouse event you would know that.

I missed that event, so I'm sorry. It is neat they are bringing all of our favorite characters in a story together. Hopefully that means the Groosinator appears.

I could see that. It's pretty likely story for the game, especially if they're bringing many timelines together. Perhaps Koei is deviating from their normal patterns and we'll see a larger roster than normal from them because they have the financial backing of Nintendo to draw from? I do hope so, I have my reservations but I hope they're groundless.

If Termina's moon crashing down was any indication, there is absolutely nothing canon about Hyrule Warriors. This game is about stuffing as much Zelda stuff into a single game as possible.
