Reminds of people who were screamin fake when the 35 characters roster was revealed because it was not enough, right ?

Hmmm at this point I think it might be done unless they think ending with a bunch of oldies is good. I'm kind of doubting they'll give us any more newcomers because they wouldn't be as good as the other ones revealed this E3 so far.

I don't know it depends on who the newcomers are. I don't think Chorus Men and Shulk would get much reaction outside of the diehard fanbase of those games.

But Chrom is from a major Nintendo franchise so a Fire Emblem newcomer probably would generate some hype. Just depends really.

So... I bet people pointed this out before, I just didn't read about it yet, but did anyone find the Dark Pit appearance at the end of the Palutena reveal sequence strange? With him suddenly showing up, and the sudden ending, it just seemed to have a "to be continued"-vibe.

I agree with Dark Pit most likely being a palette swap/alt costume rather than a new character. I thought about the trailer more in the sense of... there seems to be more to that 'story' of the Palutena release, like possibly Medusa or Hades as everyone is talking about.
Now I haven't played KI:Uprising, so I wouldn't know about relationships between characters, but who knows. It just seemed like a strange point to end the clip.

We must hope. But seeing as how the game isn't coming till October, now they do have time to release starter vets during that time and maybe even a newcomer.
Glad we got all 3 newcomers in one day. Also, does this count as a G&W confirmation?

Seeing as it isn't being released (in Japan) until September, I'm going to assume the remaining veterans will be spread between now and then. Ice Climbers, Wario, Meta Knight and Ness/Lucas are probably the only veterans we'll see before launch. Maybe Captain Falcon, but he was unlockable last time. I wouldn't be surprised if Wario and Meta Knight were unlockable this time around, as well.

Don't forget, we might see another newcomer reveal in August during their usual bi-monthly direct.

Anyway, we'll know the entire roster in just three months!

At the beginning of the direct, Reggie was attacked by Wario and Ganondorf, not sure it means anything. They are both likely back regardless.

I knon Yoshi and Luigi were playable in the 3DS demo, as were Toon Link and Shiek.
Shiek still has Light Arrow, and Luigi has Poltergust, not sure avout Yoshi or Tink.

Artistic license. Differences to catch the eye. Creative layout design. A graphic designer not wanting to cut those bits out. Dynamic features (for sonic) to imply movement. Need me to keep going?
