Sheik and Zelda still have the same Final Smash.

It is true that ZSS needed a new FS, given that her old one was basically "put on the Power Suit". But I was hoping we'd get something cooler.

I'm expecting Link and Toon Link to stay the same as well, and if Falco and Wolf are both in again... more Landmasters. It isn't too much to ask that there be an Arwing Final Smash, is it?

I don't really care much about Triforce Slash, I think its pretty cool. (I'll be annoyed if Toon Link also still has it, and he will.)

But Zelda and Sheik both still having Light Arrow? That's REALLY annoying. It'd have been nice if they at least used Ballad of the Goddess or something (since Sheik uses a harp) and maybe it could summon the dragons or whatever, I don't know.

My only hope is they haven't finished all the updated Final Smashes yet. ZSS absolutely had to get a new one and they focused on the "bad" FSes first.

Top tier material to me. Between the engine changes and the focus on making alternate forms into single characters means ZSS got lots and lots of love.

I sort of wonder what their perception of balance is. Sakurai saying Samus was "the most powerful" was just like 'wha???' to me and probably everyone else. Then Zero Suit goes out and wins the Tournament. I would've loved to see a bit more cohesion with his play though. He dropped a lot of combos and did some weird things.

I'm not good enough for tourneys although I'm better than all my friends... except the two who actually play in tourneys.

Nonetheless I usually play with Smash Balls off... Since they're ultimately a glorified item I don't see the point in anyone worrying about how balanced they are.

According to Sal Romano's leaker, we've still got Chrom, Shulk and Chorus Men left to be announced.

I don't believe it, though, since 3DS version releasing in October changes the landscape completely and they'll need characters to placate impatient people for the next three months.

I don't think that leak was specifically referring to E3. Greninja was revealed before E3, after all.

I think this boils down to the question as to when G&W will be revealed... I can't imagine it'll be too long from now, seeing as how we flat out saw him..... No pun intended.

I dunno if we're getting any more characters this week (except perhaps an official reveal for Mr. Game & Watch)...

But with only three months until the Japanese release, and the website getting an overhaul and adding sections for things other than characters (as of now, just modes and game play mechanics) maybe we'll see the pace of reveals pick up. Hopefully we see some other sections added to make it a bit more like the Dojo.

They could probably reveal a character and a stage every week until release from this point and not run out.

Sakurai knows (he said as much) that when the game releases, the roster will be revealed. And the people who follow his posts that much are definitely going to go look at the spoilers. So IMO he might as well reveal the full roster.

]4) Miis are only selectable through special brawl matches (as well as customizable movesets) through a toggle option. You can save a handful of Miis to your save file. You can only play these matches using a mii with friends or local; not online. They replace the random button box when toggled on; as the special mode emphasizes specific set up matches. They are entirely customizable in the sense that you can give them a mix of other characters special moves with slightly different animations. People also can toggle weight and speed depending on their mii. Everyone however has the same grabs and basic attacks animations but have different percentages based on height and weight. Someone at treehouse made a "Thor" mii and gave him a mix of Kirby's side hammer attack, Marths special recovery, Pikachus down thunder, and DKs punch.

It was pretty accurate... except for the end.
Damn if only Ness and MJ were revealed at E3, I would root for Leakerbros.
Too bad it seems too fake. :-[
But oh well, Chorus Men, Chrom and Shulk at E3 sounds good !

We don't have to panic now. For now, we have to see who will be revealed/returning in E3, if we don't see anyone we hoped for, wait till the game releases, because in the E3 trailer of Super Smash Bros. Melee, they never mentioned about Marth, Roy, Mr. Game and Watch, Ganondorf, and others you will notice, and in the E3 trailer of Super Smash Bros. Brawl, they never showed Ike, Wolf, King Dedede, R.O.B, and others, not sure how many trailers there are for Brawl, but I'm pretty sure about Melee, so when we get the game and we notice that in GameFAQS and websites for guides to unlock unlockable characters, and there isn't the characters we wished for, then... WE PANIC!!!

But I still get your feelings...

Don't forget what I posted, we can still hope for some returning veterans and unannounced newcomers suddenly while playing...

I'm wondering why the Mii Fighter didn't get a proper trailer, but rather just a presentation at the start of the Digital Event. Like, there was no "Mii steps in!" or whatever catchphrase and the official site doesn't link to a YouTube video for them...
