I was thinking about it… & I’d be totally fine with waiting until December for the final reveal at the Game Awards. Joker & Sephiroth were probably the two most mind blowing reveals for me, so the Game Awards must be good luck or something lmao

In addition to normal golf, in the new mode "Speed Golf", you can play with the speed of cup-in. You may be able to hit your rivals with "Special Dash" or aim for a one-shot reversal with "Special Shot" !?

Somehow these Tweets in the same post made me think Smash would have some sort of golf mode in the Kazuya update.

I should've known Kazuya would never come with any sport except bowling.

I would think so. The song is the one for the Mishima Dojo, which is the stage we'll get.

Dixie Kong
Master Chief
Prince of Persia
Crash Bandicoot
Urbosa
An advance wars rep but only if done as I have vaguely in my mind


I wouldn't mind at all many other characters, like for example Doomslayer, Tetra, Ryu Hayabusa, Rayman, "Chorus Kids", Impa, Firebunny playing soccer, Porky, Dragapult/Gengar/Sceptile/Grovyle, Shantae, Amaterasu, Jill Valentine...

I wouldn't exactly like but still could accept the likes of Dante, Nahobino, Lara Croft, Groose, an Octoling very differentiated from Inkling, Dr. Eggman, Tails, Sora, Rillaboom, Chosen Undead, and others

Speaking about possible assist trophies promotion, I would LOVE Isaac and Skull Kid, and I'd like very much Midna, Alucard and Waluigi; I wouldn't mind too much Krystal.


...sorry, I could have exaggerated a bit! 😅

I feel like I'd be fine with most characters, but off the top of my head (not counting assist trophies, Mii costumes, or characters who have seemingly been ruled out by interviews), Dante, Dixie Kong, Impa (any version), Bandanna Waddle Dee, 2B (a long-shot, but I could see it being a Sakurai-like choice), or Crash Bandicoot.

(I could keep going if need be - Eggman just barely missed out on the list)

In other news, Falcom is now 40 years old.



Currently all Falcom games are on sale on Steam. Ys VIII and Trails of Cold Steel III and IV are on sale on the eShop as well, if anyone is interested.

Sub-Zero
Gengar
Lu Bu

I also really want Zegram, Magus, Illidan, and many others but I don’t think there’s much a chance of that.

How come I never see people predict Eddie as a spirit? He's like one of the most memorable characters to me, but I guess he didn't appear until Tekken 3?

Oh **** you're right. I don't know how I forgot about him

My bad. I did include Hwoarang which debuted in 3 IIRC so I should have added Eddy as well haha
