Here we go, the remaining SotC battle themes. I didn't include two of them because they weren't really fight-worthy and were only used in the game during parts of fights were the Colossus doesn't attack you. Enjoy.

w00t for obscure j-pop/techno/trance hybrid-sounding music >:D (I already made looping versions for Excite Truck, so these were easy)

[Kannazuki no Miko] KOTOKO Re-sublimity By Nintendo Maniac 64 - DEMO - BUY
[Kannazuki no Miko] KOTOKO Re-sublimity (Original Karaoke) By Nintendo Maniac 64 - DEMO - BUY
[Kannazuki no Miko] KOTOKO Suppuration -core- By Nintendo Maniac 64 - DEMO - BUY

I don't know whether these should be under "TV/Movie" or "Other Music" since they're used in the anime Kannazuki no Miko, but they're sold seperately under KOTOKO as well (though the album makes several references to Kannazuki no Miko, such as images on the DVD limited edition and Suppuration -core-'s music video being an AMV of Kannazuki no Miko - the same one in the above linked demo)

EDIT: I'd like to update my "Caramelldansen" song with the following buy link:
HTML:
- BUY

EDIT 2: I has a question! For things like 3 Fate/stay night soundtracks, should I give links to OSTs if they are still being sold? The only issue is that they're on amazon.co.jp and not an english site. The anime one is listed on amazon.com, but you have to buy it from a 3rd party seller (Link)

EDIT 3: I also have demo links for Fate/stay night (game), Fate/stay night Realta Nua, and Fate/stay night (anime)

Fate/stay night (game):
HTML:
- DEMO
Fate/stay night Realta Nua:
HTML:
- DEMO
Fate/stay night (anime):
HTML:
- DEMO
EDIT: aww CRAP, accidentally blew away my Fate/stay night (game) playlist. Link has been updated with a new re-created one.

As far as I know, character SFX cannot be replaced without ISO hacking. Or at all, I'm not sure.

I request this song. IT's the song of Jigglypuff (the pop one) for use with jigglypuff's stadium texture

Pokemon - Song of Jigglypuff By SymphonicSage12 - DEMO

Sorry I don't know a download link, I'm just requesting a link to be made into a brstm. Sorry. :|

Just some copyright stuff, I do not own the song or anything.

I don't know how to convert stuff to brstms or anything, so sorry again. XD

You can't do it at all yet for either method because all the SFX files are packed into one file which can only be unpacked. You can't repack it with edited SFX and replace it. The only thing you can do is replace USA SFX with the Japanese SFX file but, that's only with ISO Hacking.

Alright guys, I'm back and I'll be getting to work on the music submitted.

You have disappointed me 112, lol, but I have a task for you given you've run out of songs you've wanted to do.

I would like the soundtrack to the original Smash Bros redone with perfect looping to be a bonus addition for the Old Skool stage pack (part of the Community Stage Pack project, linked in my sig).

If you're willing to the do the versus maps from the game, that'd be fantastic.

There's actually already a few done, like Zebes for example.

EDIT: Take note that I've just updated the links for my 2 pokemon songs (they were too loud), so make sure you get the new ones.

EDIT 2: Also updated the song "Suppuration -core-". Turns out I over-compensated and made it too quiet >_>;

But problem! Those 3 kotoko songs were used in the anime "Kannazuki no Miko" (Re-sublimity as the OP and Suppuration -core- as an insert), but they're sold under KOTOKO as well, but even those albums have references to Kannazuki no Miko (such as images on the DVD limited edition and Suppuration -core-'s music video being an AMV of Kannazuki no Miko - the same one as the linked demo). So should they be listed under "TV/Movie" or "Other Music"? (I've put this message into that post too and renamed the files accordingly)

Thanks for your help through PM's Cyber. I have reformatted the 2 songs and found the appropriate authors to be consistent with your remix format. I promise all my future remix's will be in this format.

The Links have also been fixed to go to the proper looped song.

Megaman X123 - Beamsabre Beat ZeroV2 - A Zero's theme remix - DarkeSword By Swordplay - DEMO

Though if you must narrow the zero's theme remix down to one game, use X2 as that is the overall main theme even though it does incorporate themes from X1 and 3

Super Mario Bros. Main theme remix - SSH By Swordplay - DEMO

Edit:

FINALLY we have castlevania. I was gonna do it soon but you beat me to it!

Double edit:

Cyber as a future suggestion, it would be great if you added your remix format under your normal format. Say somthing like (use this format for remix's)

Not necessary but would defiantly help.

OK. I already did the Training Mode music and Planet Zebes(See my previous post).

I'll do Saffron City and Sector Z later.

I can't remember which one it was, but one of the Smash 64 Dreamlands I downloaded was way too loud. Like, couldn't hear the sound effects at all loud. Have you tested yours, Vyse?

Totally unrelated note --

I've seen a lot of people doing Noir brstms. Is the anime any good? What are some other animes that people who would like Noir would also like?

More related note --

I'm going to try to do some more music next time I have time. Specifically, a tropical mix for Deflino Plaza. :-)

Nope, I made it for someone else and had no interest in using it myself. I doubt it's mine, though; I never raise the volume more than two decibels now.

Lol, I'll see what I can do though some seemed to be done already and found some 3rd Strike tunes to do

Noir BRSTMs? Where? For your question, I enjoyed the anime although it takes about eight episodes for the story to start flowing smoothly. The action and story are solid backed with excellent animation and music. If you like Black Lagoon or Cowboy Bebop, you'd like Noir.

My music isn't working. Can you guys help?
Troubleshooting:
-Be sure your songs are named with the proper letter-number combination, as listed in the OP, for the song you want to replace. "Battle Theme.brstm" won't work, but "M14.brstm" will.
-Put them in the RSBE/pf/sound/strm folder of your SD card. Anywhere else will not work.
-Check to make sure you're using the latest file replacement code, which is included in the most recent nightly build.

That's a good question, I don't see any others. Perhaps I have just seen that one by you several times, or perhaps I'm crazy?

Edit: Oh my god, I've been at this song for over an hour now and I can't get it to loop convincingly, anywhere. I really want it for Delfino Plaza, though. Maybe I should just find a good place for it to end and then loop back to sample 0? Anyone want to take a stab at it?

I've been looking through here... there's no WarioWare songs, and not enough for stages like Lylat Cruise, Castle Siege, and 'Highway' (The texture hack of Port Town).

Couple more. I really like the Kefka one on Luigi's Mansion. Admittedly, though, it's not my best loop. ^_^

If it helps, I have the following replacements for Lylat Cruise:
 • Mario Galaxy - Gusty Garden
 • Sonic & Knuckles - Breathtaking Vision
 • Super Mario RPG - Forest Medley
 • Shadow of the Colossus - Compilation
 • Chrono Trigger Resurrection - Battle with Magus
 • Gradius III - Try to Star

Also, for Port Town
 • Mega Man X3 - Medley
 • Mega Man X3 - Compilation
 • Mega Man X - Compilation
 • Mega Man X - Chrono Trigger - Storm Eagle - Frog

Any of those that you can't find in this thread might be located here.

Remix's are fast paced and I've been doin them for a bit, (Kind of my specialty) May even have paragonX9 songs out when I get my wii back from nintendo to test them.....

Here is my input

2 problems with this song. 1st, its so ever changing and no part is the same making extremely hard to loop. 2nd, This song has MULTIPLE tempo's so if you try to loop from one tempo back to another it will sound AWKWARD!!!

Tempo change appears at 3:27 and 4:40

I would recommend breaking the song up into separate songs.

The slow down point at around the 3:27 mark is a transition to a different tempo so any looping from beyond that point will probably sound strange

It would unfortunately cut off part of the song. But at the 3:27 mark in the song right before the slow down, you could loop it back to 0. That sounded like a great loop point to me. And it wasn't even all that strange.

Then if you wanted to include the 2nd part of the song (3:27-4:40), I would do it separately and just loop that part over and over.

Exactly my point. Lylat Cruise has 10 songs on it I belive, and Port Town has around 12?
But thanks for the link though, I could use the MMX Compilation.

Yeah, I was trying to avoid that. I wonder if maybe I slowly change the tempo of the track in the last few seconds, then crossfade it into the intro. ...This will probably end up ugly.

I have a question for loopers.

Your start loop point has to be a multiple of 14336.

Ive been trying to get this answered forever. For looping, when you trim the song, Does your end loop point have to be a multiple of 14336?

Hey, hey, hey. What do you think of this, Swordplay?

And no, I'm mostly certain that the end loop point needn't be 14336. I have been away from home for a month so I don't know for sure, but all of the gamerip .brstms I have start with a 14336 loop point but do not end with one.

Sorry Masa.....I don't have a wii to test it on. Nintendo has it :( and my comp can't play brstm files.

Cyber, now that I know the end loop point does not have to be a multiple of 14336, my two songs on page 25 will be perfectly looped. Just a heads up to Cyber when he updates I also rated the 2 songs

Edit: Really? Nobody posted for an hour????? Extremly sorry for double edit....

masamunecyrus

I just did a really hard song "Falling Back to You" That I plan to upload soon.

I ended up doing a crossfade (fades one part of the song out while another in) It worked really well for this song and you may want to try it for yours if your having trouble still. It was under the edit tab of goldwave (if you use GW)

Hmm, I've got a big update ready that mostly catches up...problem is I can't seem to successfully save the edit. Perhaps the list has gotten too big for Smash Boards to handle. My internet connection could possibly have something to do with it (though I'm assuming the blame is more on Smash Boards).

If I had done more posts at the beginning I could have split the list in two or three to alleviate this unforeseen problem.

Things stop loading at http://www.smashboards.com/editpost.php?do=updatepost&postid=7866425

Any tips/suggestions?

I think it's the limit of the post, we have too many links and letters in the BRSTM list.

I wonder if it's possible to hijack the first two replies in order to increase the length of the list. If not, then we could make a new topic with more reserved post of course and close this.

EDIT: On another note, lol @ me because I failed to see that Kirk made the Xenosaga II chase music before me -__- Remove mine if you want.

^Wow, I actually converted Heavenly Star for the purpose of putting it on WarioWare. The flickering head in the background just matched the animations in the music video really well. I also put X-Naut Fortress on Lylat Cruise, but Katamari on the Swing sounded better on Yoshi's Island or Pictochat to me.
