Well I can apparently barely save edits if I make them on small sections of the post at a time...so I'm working my way up through the alphabet, lol. It's tedious, but it'll work...for now.

I might have to create a new topic eventually, with 10 posts saved for the list, lol.
I have an alternative plan that might work.


What this does do is remind me how important it will be to expand this list outside of Smash Boards on the wikipedia or on its own website.

Just wanted to inform you that most of your revamped BlazBlue songs (the only exception being Rebellion. Yes this includes Lust Sin too) cut out into ear-grating static very shortly into the songs now. I do like the improved looping in Rebellion, but I would prefer my songs to work right XD. Do you think it'd be possible to put up the first versions of the songs again? I tried to re-download them off the first page, but they were taken down, probably in favor for the newer versions.

EDIT: This problem is also occurring with the Champion Battle Uber remix. I'll try re-downloading them, maybe it's just something on my end. It seems highly odd that only Rebellion works and every other one of your songs is broken.

EDIT #2: Just moved all my data to a spare SD card I had, exact same as my last one (bought it from the same place even. I had lost this first one and I barely used it before I lost it), and at least Oriental Flower works fine now. It might've been that my SD card I was using for B+ was just getting worn out. I'll check back once I've tested all of the songs.

That's odd... when I tested them out, they were fine. I didn't hear any static on my end but then again, you could have better hearing than I do. It could be your SD Card but I don't know. I tested all of them and they all seem fine but I'll take your word for it since my hearing's not so great. However, I don't know what to do with it Thank you for the feedback, you're one of the few people who actually comment on whether the song works or not. As for the BlazBlue songs, some people have already done the others.

If you hear some weird static in the middle or it cuts to a different song while the current song is playing then that means your SD card is [bleep]ed up and you need a new one.

That seems a little premature to say. First I'd recommend formatting your SD card and putting things back on it. Memory corruption could happen at any time if you accidentally remove your memory card when it's being accessed (sometimes Windows never STOPS accessing it...), it could happen if there's a glitch or crash while copying files, or it could be an isolated incident. Perhaps it's just the brstm, perhaps it's that sector on your SD card, or perhaps it's something else entirely.

He had the same problem I did when I started doing stereo conversions: one track is longer than the other. It sounds fine until the loop begins.

I started doing stereo long before making that; the only potential problem with it is that the starting loop point isn't a mulitple of 14336. I'm pretty sure the issue here is that you're using in_cube instead of vgmstream.

And the embarrassment just keeps rolling in; our conversions loop at different spots (yours loops back to the beginning riff while mine loops back to when the main melody starts). My bad.

OK, really CyberGlitch... if you're just ignoring my posts thats fine, but could you at least let me know? :/

Basically I'm posting to point out yet again that:

1) my 2 pokemon anime songs from this post still aren't listed

2) my sane volume version of Like a Snake (port town) in this post still also isn't listed and

3) the fate/stay night demo links from this post are still not linked as well (you might as well remove both emiya from the list as well then since you kept it there as an example, but the demos have ALL the songs). Also in the same post is the Caramelldansen buy link that should be added.


On a more positive (yet offtopic) note, I just got a $400 720p HD TV that supposedly didn't work (but does) for FREE. :O (note that I don't have an HD TV)

Maybe all-red text would help get it noticed?

The three songs I linked to in this post are still not on the list, my Super Mario RPG songs still link incorrectly to MP3s, and Heavenly Star still belongs in Other Music since "Genki Rockets" is the name of the band that performs it, not the name of a game.

Not trying to be rude or anything though, don't take it that way. Just pointing things out. Are we definitely going to move things to a new thread?

I also noticed, through no fault of your own, that the song Beach Bowl Galaxy in the SMG soundtrack is incorrectly named, and actually links to the underwater version of the song. I tried putting it on Delfino Plaza twice, and it's definitely a mistake.

I checked in notepad++, credit (super smash bros) is 192. so I'm assuming the ID is in hex, so whatever hex for 192 is?

It takes me a while to do each bit since I have to save a little edit at a time for it to work now.

I've been busy trying to set up the BrawlHacks wiki as an alternate source for this list.

Even once the wiki page is set up, will this thread (or another one like it) still be used to update and list songs? SmashBoards gets way more traffic than pretty much every Wiki besides Wikipedia, and it's much easier to communicate problems or mistakes here. Still, looking forward to it.
