add songs you like and don't add ones you don't.

You seem like that type of listener who has all the top hits on his iPod and doesn't listen to albums often and

That's pretty cool dude listen to what you like :)

If I ever feel like skipping a song on a media player, I listen to it anyway, and if it was as dreadful an experience as I'd thought, then I remove it when I get home. There's no room in life for regrets and wasted time. Evaluate, and cut out the tumour.

I actually had a pretty recent experience with this, only in reverse. I listened to the new F*ck Buttons album completely unfamiliar with them and I remember it being really grueling on me, and hard to finish. I powered through it in the end and I added the whole album to my playlist, but I realized I didn't like it that much. I gave the album another try not too recently and I found myself getting more used to it, perhaps even liking it. I actually just had the craving to retry it again because I think it's something I could get into, and if not, well, no harm done.

Sort of.

I kinda just pick and choose stuff and see if I like it or not.

But that works.

Musings On Separation
There's something to be said of men who refuse help. Much more so than men who readily accept it. For while it can be argued that any man who rejects the help of another man does so with discernment, it can't be said that any man who accepts help does so with discerning concern. And although this man has rejected offerings of faith, food, concern, and money from the open palms of the people closest, it is not out of spite or arrogance. But rather the wariness that such aid comes with attachments. The strings attached to food and lodging insinuate that the receiver wouldn't still be entitled to an existence without the donation of his contributors. Receiving the concern of others implies that the receiver in turn has formed a relationship and should dispense similar feelings when it is obligated. And when receiving money from close benefactors that such aid will be reciprocated when said benefactors are in a state of financial turmoil. Refusing help and distancing away people isn't out of rashness or a selfish ego. It is an indicator that there is no desire to form a strong bond with the respective party. For when you do receive money, concern, food, and worship the faith one cannot divorce themself from such engagements without receiving ire. Neutrality isn't gained by separating oneself as the disadvantageous party when the opportunity arises. As the disadvantaged party it is required to pay tribute until parity is reached. Otherwise what results from the divorce is not two separated parties, but one separated party running away with an aggrieved party looking to kill and hang it before it distances itself too far from the consciousness of the home nest. Paying tribute buys off wariness from the parties being paid that an escape is going to be made. For no one expects that the person giving time and energy without a single word of complaint will be the person who one day be completely separated from the architecture he willingly applied himself towards erecting.

No. I tend to be a very single-minded person and can't do one thing well unless I'm focusing entirely on it.

This is one of the most pessimistic things I've probably ever heard you say Ran.
I didn't see it that way. Maybe you have it more than me. I might have to warm up to it more. Or maybe because I'm a man of simple pleasures... GIVE ME A BJ WOMAN. I'm just sayin, I'm a bit selfish when it comes to sex. I'm like... ok whats next. The work/chores are stuff I prefer less but would do to satisfy the girl. ;o

ever been like "wow i want to add a song off of this album to my playlist but i dont want to add everything but i cant choose just one"

Sometimes I buy an album if MOST of the songs are good, like more than 3. Other wise if it's like two I just get those two because I"m going to just always listen to the songs I like from the album.

So no, not 'either the whole album or nothing'. Of course, at first, I listen to the whole album to warm up to it to see if there are songs I may like, including songs that start out slow. Then I'll know which songs I like and just go from there.

Just remember Ran:

if she scratches and bites, your doing it right, but if she just plays along your doing it wrong

I almost said something really mean because the opportunity presented itself, but I stopped myself.

Now I can check that off my bucket list.

Musings on Lying
Lying is a means to an end. For most people, I think we can presume that there is a rational reason why we deceive others. The fact that there is a negative connotation to lying is perplexing. As we grow increasingly more into a society of ends we also become more aware and wary of the process taken to achieve such ends. Lying has reason, purpose, and motive. The shape of a lie roughly reflects on the intellect of the people who created it and the people it was meant to deceive. For if a lie is collectively believed without any doubt, then it has as much clout as the truth within that community. However, a lie cannot have more value than the scope established by the lie. In this sense many lies attempt to be grand and bigger than life and when a lie becomes too big it becomes easily exposed by the common man not even looking to bring it demerit.

Musings on Value & Trust
The value of a country's fiat has as much stock as the collective trust invested in it. The difference between the U.S. Dollar being a piece of currency rather than a piece of paper holds because there is a belief that it has value and this value will last. When we pay up in dollars we know that it will be accepted, no one suspects the cashier to hand back the dollar and ask for another line of credit. When distrust breeds such as the natural disasters in Japan, the value of their currency tends to fall rapidly in relation to others. Things are valued on perceived trust. When applying for a position a resume is simply a favorable recantation of the past. However, it is up to the interviewer to determine whether the person being interviewed can be trusted based on his prior history to service them in the hired position for the future. There is something profound with trusting others to work a job based on how they performed in areas that other employers entrusted them with and reimbursing their time with a currency that has as much value as the trust put into it by the world.

Submerge your hands in lemon juice for at least 30 seconds.

Then, when you remove them from the juice, dry them off by flicking the juice directly into your own eyes.

It won't heal your hands, but it will give you an effective distraction for the night, and your hands will smell like lemons.

When life gives you lemons bathe your hands in their liquified innards and blind yourself with their acidic volatility. Only then can you inhale the fresh and strong vitality of brutally murdering your life's problems as it travels through your heightened olfactory receptors and into your central nervous system.

The entire section after problems could've been cut off. It would sound better if you had kept it brief. I have to give it a 6/10 instead of an 8/10. Idea was solid, but the execution could be improved.
