Signups are officially over. If you are wanting in or out and haven't done your due diligence at this time, you have only until I send out the matches. If you get a match you are officially in and cannot back out unless there is someone willing to take your spot.
If you get a match and have to back out, please let me know. "I don't have time because of school" or "I don't like my match" or "I just don't feel like it anymore" are not valid reasons and will not be tolerated. I will hound you for a full 365 days for being a bad santa, you have my word. >:[

Oh, just as an FYI:
If you're doing secret santa, you don't necessarily get who has you. If Soup has BSL, BSL might have Ranmaru, who might have someone else, so on and so forth.

Let me know immediately via PM. That would be a mistake on my part that I need to fix.
If you decided you can't do this for some reason but never sent me a PM
Let me know immediately via PM. I can only fix it if you tell me quickly, if you wait and they send their gift to you, you're pretty much stuck.

We have an even number of people so I am currently not participating, but I can fill in someone's slot if they drop out before a gift is sent to them. The faster you drop out, the easier it is on everyone. Do not drop out a few days before the shipping deadline.

Seriously, this is the first time ever. If you can feel that bout of laziness coming on, you need to drop out or just go on amazon and order a gift card or something for them.
Some of you may have gotten someone who is overseas, or be overseas yourself and want to ship something from your country. This is great and a fantastic thing, everyone loves getting unique gifts from overseas. That said, please do NOT feel bad at all if your gift does not reach them by Christmas. It happens, and people will be happy to get something from overseas! The wait can happen.
Please note that the later you ship, the later it arrives, doubly so for the Christmas season. Inclement weather will be upon us in the coming weeks in the US so this may slow down shipping as well.

Address missing from your PM? No name? This stuff you PM me about, not your santa.
They say they are a PC gamer but don't give their Steam name? Say they love a specific candy but don't give the name? This stuff you might want to spoof an account to communicate with your santa to ask. I encourage this, but please do not be a troll.
After you have sent me a gift, send ME a PM titled "Gift Sent" so I know what was sent. If you have a tracking number, please list that in the PM so I can answer pertinent questions if need be (such as someone realizing last second they are going on a family trip on the 26th and need to know when it will arrive).
This is important because if you have randomly gotten someone who decides to back out, if I take them out of the running and you already shipped something to them, that's bad. Let me know when it is shipped and I will be able to keep track of this stuff. This also helps you if the person who is getting it says "received no gift" and it turns out your FedEx truck exploded.
If you sign up for this, receive a gift, and do not send one out, I will not let you live it down until next year and you will be perma-banned from all my game signups and future secret santa signups AND any game I'm in with you I will vote for you forever until you die, and I encourage everyone else to do the same. Good gift from John there! Those pulls from both the tin (like Shining and Dian) and John's cards are a perfect start to a trade binder and super cool to have a 1st ed exodia piece. Like, that's what I would do. Build a trade binder and just show that kinda card off, and don't trade it because it's special

I've heard good things of panzer dragoon, and similarly my brother sent me Odin Sphere for me to finally enjoy.
