Just an Update for Everyone (bear with me, a rather large update):

Kite91 - Working on the Controller, Should be done by this/next weekend. I will take update pictures for you, so check your PM frequently.

Pokemongeof - Working on the Controller, Should be done by around the Beginning of April, Let me know PM what is going on with you buying it.

Hoodii - I am also working on your controller. It is generic so is no loss if you don't want it. But, I would like to sell to the original customer. Are you still interested?

I have a new project. Someone at my brother's school (they play a lot of smash) wants a Light Pink Controller with a JigglyPuff Stencil eating a Turnip (interesting...) I accepted the challenge. I will be working on that this weekend, too. I should have some pics of the basic stencil starting to form (there will be 4 + colors!!!) up this weekend. Stay tuned for those, this controller is going to be BOSS!!!

I am also still working on getting out the Mario, Wario, and a Waluigi themed Wavebirds Club Nintendo Style for you all to see. I hope to have these controllers complete by Mid April. It will be a while before these are released, as you can see, I am busy with other Custom projects (generic, simple mods I will display for you guys outside of these ones, too!), school work, Clubs at school, etc. Please don't rush me for a controller if you ordered, it is also hard for painting at this time of the year, when school work is at its peak and the temperature is still cold.

I have Also Updated the Custom Controllers for Sale post, check that out, I will be releasing many more good controllers soon.

BTW, CHECK OUT THE FALCON CONTROLLER!!! Ill let you guys know that the reserve is just $30 ($1.04 Bidding at the moment), so bid up, only 2 Days left!!!

Let me know if anyone is interested in the Gold and Red Controller I made with the Custom C-Stick. I was surprised to not find a customer for it right away. I will sell it for $40 + Shipping to anyone who may want it, it is more of an FPS controller, but I'm sure some of you play other games that need it or may even prefer the custom C-stick in Smash.

I will be releasing an Orange Spice BRAWL ready Controller (I know these are Melee forums, don't hurt me :urg:) With a Custom PS3 Stick, removed triggers, and a removed rumble pack, for the casual/pro player. Some of you may even like this layout for Melee, but the trigger mechanics are different between Brawl and Melee

(Brawl: You have to compress the triggers all the way. Melee: The triggers are sensitive to how hard you push them down)

The Controller also feels smaller in your hand and more compact for gamers out there with smaller hands, like myself, the controller should feel a bit more comfortable in the hand. Plus, the trigger modification allows them to be pressed VERY fast and they feel like buttons. I hope this explanation will give you all some perspective on how the controller feels, I KNOW anyone with a triwing can make this BlahBlahBlah.... But some people don't have triwings and would like to buy it already made, so please don't leave a comment like that.

If you are using automotive paint gun paint, I cannot help you. However, if you are using spray paint, Krylon Fusion Clear is the best. Make sure you add light coats then build up heavier coats later on. I have not tried it, but the Krylon Super clear (something like that) states it is "3 coats of average clear in one coat" and works on plastic. I will have to try this out myself, then I can give you all a heads up on how that goes. However, do NOT use rustoleum clear, it comes out sticky and is NOT durable at all.

Check out the FOR SALE Post on Page 3. I have updated it with 2 new Controllers. Check em out!

Hey man! Sorry I haven't been able to contact you for a while, I've been on vacation and I kinda forgot about this. I think I want to see what the controller looks like before the money gets sent if that's fine with you, but yes, I'm still interested in the controller. Also, I hope it's not too late, could you make it a white plug in chord? :)

Alright, sounds good. Make sure you review the order I PMed you, ensure it is everything you want (I will paint the chord white!)

I have started on the project. The front black shell came out BEAUTIFUL.

However, the red back shell has some minor dents from spray paint errors. Is this ok? I can give a $2 discount if you are ok with a few errors on the back. Im sure, with the clear coat, that you won't even be able to feel it. I can send you some pictures of if you would like. I would like to PM pics, and I will post the final work on here for the rest of the smash community to see, if that is fine with you.

I'm ok with it as long as the dents aren't very noticeable. Some pictures of the dents would be appreciated. I also read that part about the sticks in the PM, then you could just make both sticks from white nunchucks then :).

I have created another wii pro controller. Check out the for sale area to check it out. I will admit, it has a few errors, but still looks and plays great.

I will be in Boston from tomorrow up until Saturday, but I will be able to work on controllers over spring break. Thanks for all the support! I will continue to release controllers and mods on this thread!

I am working on most of the orders.

Sar, I will paint the gray buttons today for your controller. It should be ready to ship on Monday.

Kite, yours is coming out great. Im sure you will be surprised when it is done. I will show you what it looks like when it is complete, I think it would be better that way. It hold be done and shipped by Monday, but the paint does need time to cure.

Im working on the JigglyPuff Controller too, for a customer not on Smashboards. It has taken a bit of priority because I need to have it done by the end of break. I will post pics of it for you guys to see.

Hoodii, I am done with the controller shells, I just need to paint the buttons now. It should also be ready to ship on Monday.

Pokemongeof, I have not worked on yours much yet, I plan to have the back shell done over break and a start of the front shell.

I will start making the Mario, Wario, and Waluigi Club Nintendo themed controllers in a few weeks. I need some time to work on all of these other orders, tho.

BTW, I updated the Selling post. I took off the Black Wii Pro Controller and will add a new, Glow in the Dark, Gold Wii Pro Controller. Check it out, it is sick!

Gamecube joysticks
(Condition)
Rubber peeled - $1
Ok condition - $2
Good condition -$4
Great condition -$5
These are the lowest prices I can offer, nunchuk sticks cost $3 blk/white and $6 gold (all in mint condition). I will ship with your order.
Here is a pic of what I have so far. The gray lines and box around the start still need to be put in. Stick Colors are all what you want, I thought those two looked good. The Gray back has some bumps on it, tho. It will come out clear when the clear coat is applied. Is this fine?

Check out all of the stuff for Sale, if you havent already!

Here is a quick little price/color update for SIMPLE orders. Thought I would make this for those who want to understand the price of a controller.
The COLORSI have to offer right now :

The Glitter Paint is not rough when I put on the sealant (Practically non existent), if you want the controller to be rough for extra grip, I can make it that way if I use the glitter paint for your order. The Clear is a Glow in the Dark paint (trust me, it works!)

I can use ANY these colors on Controller Shells, Buttons, triggers, chords, receivers, and Stick CAPS (not the rubber tip).

Painted Shell costs are calculated by Myself, let me know what you want and I can give you an estimate via PM

Controller Nintendo Manufactured Shell Costs Top/Bottom (Condition Indicated)
If you would like to purchase individual shells or if you would like a controller with these parts.

GameCube
Black, Platinum, Indigo (OK) - $5
Black, Platinum, Indigo (Good) - $6
Orange Spice (OK) - $8
Orange Spice (Good) - $10

Wii Pro Controller
White, Black (Great) - $7
Gold (Great) - $13

Here are the Variety of Sticks I have to Offer :

Stick Costs (Each Stick, not pairs, I will discount large orders or pair orders) They are priced by Condition.

GameCube Sticks
Rubber peeled - $1
Ok condition - $2
Good condition - $4
Great condition - $5

Nunchuk Sticks
Good - $2
Great - $3
Gold (Great) - $6

PS3 Sticks (Black and COLORED Cost the Same!)
Good - $2
Great - $3

Triwing Screwdrivers
Good - $2
New - $3

How to Save $ Money $ on YOUR Order

People always ask me how to save a few bucks when they order a Controller. Here is How :

- Order Multiple Controllers, or buy extra parts along with your controller. I can always Sell Individual Parts/Shells, if any of you would like to purchase a kit.

- Don't have the triggers painted for - $5 on your order, if you wanted painted buttons.

- Don't have the Chord Painted for - $5 on your order, if you wanted a painted Controller.

- Avoid Complex Stencils when you order a Controller. I will charge much more, since I do not have a decal printer yet.

- Avoid Painted Stick Caps (Not a common order, but just throwing it out there)

- Let me use one of my own Controllers for the job to save $ on Shipping, you can trust me, they all have tight sticks and the dents are sanded out to the best of my abilities, and I always use sticks in Good/Great Condition

- Get the Nintendo Manufactured Colored Shells, and let me know you want the Nintendo Brand Shell!

If you still need to save more money, contact me, we may be able to work something out. Thanks!

Again, if anyone wants any of my controllers for sale or want me to modify them, let me know.

Here is the jigglypuff controller. For a Jigglypuff and Peach player. Came out pretty good, the eye was a little big, but doesn't take away much overall. I thought the color combination was pretty good, and the start buttons was a neat touch
Feel free to provide for me any feedback or suggestions, this is my first drawn controller :ohwell:
The back is more pink in real life, of course, the camera didn't catch it :(

How does the PS3 stick fit into the Gamecube controller?

Isn't the part where you slide the stick on a different shape?

Are you willing/able to sell just the colored buttons?

I have yet to find a method that keeps the paint from wearing off of them after a few months and you appear to have done so.

would it be possible to make a controller similar to a red falco/ blue fox
i want a whiteland controller pattern ( Fzero snes)
so a purple analog, a pink frame body, red buttons, i want my l and r left alone
chord left alone
blue cstick
okay this is a pretty customized request lol but i was wondering if you could make this happen because my ideal custom would be this whiteland/ fight brest cancer theme.
Could you give me an idea on the cost for this, i want to cut out any nonsense I didnt include in my request but plzzzz get back to me :)

Sorry about the eye man. First time using the markers.

The ps3 stick fits right in, the hole is oval on the ps3 and similar on the gamecube, just match up the long end of the oval with the gamecube shaped peg. Very hard to explain but very self explanatory

Massive - I can sell you painted buttons. I have not mastered the painted buttons, either. I use high quality spray paint, but Im sure it will start to chip over time. I will begin using automotive paint this summer. If any of you are willing to wait until then, you can purchase a more durable controller/ buttoms for a few extra bucks.

Pokemongeof - I will start on the top shell and the buttons this weekends, I was very busy over spring break with other orders. I have the gray backshell, it is a bit bumpy, but clear coats will make it feel smooth. Is this fine?

Rocketpowerchill - Paint jobs are ok for tourney, The PS3 stick and the removed rumble pack may be viable for tourney, but I would avoid removed triggers. Also, please PM your order, I will then shoot you a price.

Also, I CANNOT color the rubber tip on any stick, only the plastic caps. I may experiment with due sometime, but not yet

Yeah that is ok.

I think i want painted buttons. Which color should i have it? i want it blue but it doesn't seem to fit the Melee NES Luigi color scheme.

And wouldn't it be $5 more since i bundled?

As long as the mods doesn't alter the in-game control, it's okay (paint job is OK, leds are OK, but a short hop only button is not. iirc, removing springs from L/R is not legal)
