Spoiler: Explanation

The first 4 rounds are against characters that seem to have one good eye or one that isnt' hidden beneath their bangs. After the bonus round, it becomes a full-on assault against optometry. I can't choose anyone but Dharkon for the boss. Tell me a giant cycloptic demon isn't the perfect boss for Waddle Doo.
Side note, there would be certain ATs and items that appear in his classic route:
*Dr. Wright, Jeff, Mother Brain, Dr. Kawashima, Rodin, and Nikki are the only Assist Trophies that can spawn.
*Killer Eye and Ore Club are the only other items that can spawn.
