Then again, the real issue isn't over who gets beta keys from friends, but rather why the **** all the wow playing ******s get beta keys, and not the... you know, people who play SC.

Dylan you gotta read buddy. He said he wanted the key, then went on to say "in state pros before oos pros!"

Within the context, I was assuming, but I think I made the right assumption.



Also, in that respect, neither of our friends are "Pro" because ****** mannerkiss didn't make it to korea either (1 spot away).

Also, if he were MEGA PRO WENT TO SC WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS I'm positive everyone would know him, and he'd have received a free SC2 beta key from a fanboy/girl by now ;D

You think I haven't tried that? It's ONLY my parents that are preventing me. If I could, I'd just drive myself, but they "don't feel comfortable" with that and public transportation alone is a no...

BTW, thanks Tim for offering to pick me up, helping me start a checking account, and teaching me how to shave. I lack a father figure because mine is fat. Also, he's significantly older than me while we're relatively close.

Again, the picking me up part... Extremely appreciative of that.

woah woah woah, i'm not one to get easily offended but it seems to me as you are coming into this thread and trying to start **** with someone who doesn't have a bunch of kids on my bandwagon playing me up.
I don't need people to vouch for me on my sc skill, because the truth is, I know i'm good. I have credibility in the tournaments and amount of years played. I played WoW BECAUSE sc lost my interest, nothing else. I still have played sc off and on even through my WoW playing days. Now secondly, I was making a comment just for funsies because, I don't know lawk really, he doesn't know me and I was just merely posting it an attempt to get a key. Then, you come back and start talking about your friend and how he's good at sc, but you clearly aren't. Why then would you deserve the key for a friend when you clearly don't possess the skill or experience to back it up? I sir have backing on my sc history and can easily prove it. Now even if lawk was considering giving either one of us a key, how would you then be more eligible than myself for it?

as for not getting an invite through having won tournaments on a national level, that's what happens when you lose touch with the gaming world. It moves on, and you don't simple as that. I never "kept up" with it and I don't need to walk around gloating about it unless someone brings up the subject. Also, I never went past N. America with my skill so I wouldn't be notable either way.

"Hey there's MaguS~ the guy who almost made it" it doesn't stick. As for your buddy, i've never heard the name or can't recall it so he's just as negatable as I would be in that sense.

Also- it seems you misconstrued it as ME wanting the key. I don't care to play SC beta, as my computer would definitely not run it, and even if it somehow DID manage to do so- I wouldn't.

I just saw an opportunity to get a key for someone who would definitely use the hell out of it (8+ hours a day when he's not working/in class) instead of someone who would forget about it once the next BS WoW expansion: Give Us More Money v2.0! came out (90% of the people with beta keys right now).



I'm not eligible whatsoever, but I'm sure my friend is. Then again, you would be too, if I'm to assume you're both on relatively the same level (negligible, as neither of you live in South Korea ;))

Also, people need to understand Dekar better. You can even ask Tim that I had only made my first post attacking him to see him react. Whenever he feels threatened while posting, he tries to convince people he is their Superior with his use of smug language and winky faces...Don't feed the world's most easily trolled troll.
