Hey guys I didn't receive any attention for my last video so I'm not quite sure what I need to work on. That's okay though, I have a new video maybe someone could give a critique on it?
Ok, first of all, I really feel you should just watch some good Sonic players videos. It is the best way for you to get new ideas to add to your playstyle.
More particularly, I think you should learn to reverse your UpB, in order to directly grab the ledge. If you didn't know, you can't ledge snap when you're backward the ledge, this offers a free punish opportunity to your opponent.
Then, I guess you could do more spindash pressure if you used your UpB to pressure your opponent's shield and get out of the danger.
Plus, don't roll so much. It becomes a habit that opponents can easily punish. Beware cause it can be hard to break this bad habit so you should start trying to do less rolls. In addition to this, don't jump to your opponent so much, you offered him many opportunities to shield grab you.
To finish, I'd say you'd better Uthrow than Dthrow, there are more setups to deal damage, especially on heavy characters. Depending on the weight and the enemy % you can Uthrow Jump Uair, Uthrow UpB Fair or Uair, sometimes you'll have to wait for the air dodge, you can also Uthrow UpB Dair... It's really up to you and I think it is a better way to rack up some damage than the Dthrow, especially if you don't tech chase.
I hope I've been helpful, I know I am not the best Sonic out there but hopefully my contribution will bring you something =)
