I was just wondering... since you snakes intrigue me...

What is the learning curve for Snake?

Like, is this a technically demanding character? (Maybe in comparison to... Peach?)

Gimmie the down low. =]

Depends. If you just use ftilt + nades and utilt to kill, it not so hard. However stage control, d-throw tech-chasing and learning how to recover (stage teching) all go very deep. Snake is therefor one of the hardest characters to learn at a competitive level of play.

Peach is way harder to use then Snake,

I tried to use Peach for my secondary but he's just to different compared to other characters.

It will probably take you 1 week to learn him, if you don't suck.

Snake has a bad glidetoss though so you can't do the stuff you can do with Peach.

The things you have to learn is Mortar-sliding and cooking nades and c4 recovery, and Dthrow tech chase.

Thats it, Brawl is pretty easy and so is Snake.

Where's the link spam spirit? Sorry guys, it's partially my fault the Snake boards have died after I left, along with Havvok.

This.

The basics are easy, but the creativity portion of snake, using explosives for stage control and force certain types of approaches, make it a bit harder than your average smash character.

lol, I tried Peach too, took me like half an hour just to figure out how to stay in the air while using dair.

inb4jablock?

Though this sounds more like a bash on Snake's lack of a technical game in contrast to that of Peach's. I like!
