oh thats pretty fail. any chance of it being fixed? i can normally let me electrical appliances dry out in the sun or something and it still works pretty good, but for a camera, i dunno, i might screw up the visuals and stuff :L

A camera's a bit different than a lot of electronics since there's a lot more important stuff in there that can't afford to get wet.

In honor of talk like a pirate day, I watched all the Pirates of the Caribbean movies (I hadn't seen the 4th one yet). Something about the whole franchise just makes me sad. The later ones aren't really "bad" movies per se, but the first one set the bar so high that they've all just been kinda disappointing since then. They just keep getting more absurd and less funny unfortunately. I hope they can let the series die with some dignity left intact.

i also havent seen the 4th film, i cant help but feel its not going to be on par with the other 3
although its been a large amount of time since i watched movie 1. i reckon the first 3 were top notch. but it should have been left there

I'm a huge PotC fan, but I fall under the minority in that I thought the first PotC movie was the weakest out of them all. I combine the second and third essentially into one movie. I take story very highly in regards to entertainment, and the story of the first PotC was very weak and generic. The second/third one was a little bit stronger IMO.

Same here. I just thought the story in the first one was much better. They all deal with the supernatural so they all obviously require some suspension of disbelief, but I felt that the situations they get into and the way the characters act in those situations were much more ridiculous and implausible in the later movies. They seemed more about showing off their flashy special effects than anything else.

So, uh. I have a Wii again. I'm gonna try playing again and see where this goes.

Possible comeback could happen.
