I took this alignment test (for fun/boredom), answered as honestly as possible and got chaotic neutral. Not what I expected. I was sure I'd be neutral good, maaaaybe chaotic good.

Btw I feel that test is flawed simply because some things aren't as black and white. I can agree with being chaotic and maybe I have a few "evil" traits, but a lot of the things that chaotic evil describes doesn't fit me. For example, apparently chaotic evil people are supposed to be really dumb because their plans are "haphazard" and they mindlessly destroy things. Doesn't describe me at all, I plan greatly ahead in every action I do and I know that every action has a consequence. If I were to destroy the world, it would be well thought out and planned with no intentions of making a mistake or being overconfident (the flaw I see in most intelligent villians).

I'd say it's more of a flexibility and an ability to not be biased, and to see life from many sides. Doesn't necessarily mean you always can't decide on things and/or don't care enough to get involved in a situation.

You don't have to be neutral to be able to see both sides of things. I always see the outcomes of both sides of things and I choose what I feel is the best option, which happens to be chaotic evil apparently.

Yeah, it's not like your alignment is what you are and only what you are. Every individual is different, it's always that way no matter what kind of personality test you take. I'm neutral but I can make decisions pretty quickly, based on my intuition. But on some decisions I really just can't decide. Test results are always general and the most common traits someone most likely has. But you already knew that I'm sure, so yeah.
